    even though I can do pistol squats on a raised platform like the side of my bed but on the ground? Sigh... I have weak af hip flexors they refuse to let my other leg stay raised

      @@aresetramadiraizel8810 I know what you mean! Elevated like on a wall where there’s more room for the pistol squat movement for the other leg raised off the ground helps a lot. This was very tough for me but it was something I was determined to do. My goal is to try and have the raises leg straight but that will take lots of stretching and conditioning.
