Am I the only one who cries while watching/listening to this type of relaxation music? I suffer from anxiety and depression and this just swipes me off my feet and puts my body and soul in a different dimension. Makes me cry like a baby. Makes me think of beautiful moments of my family members who have passed and I just feel so emotional and free! Thank you for sharing and to anyone who is in my shoes , keep pushing and stay motivated. Some days are easier than others. Love you!

My immediate neighbours are wild turkeys 🦃, deer 🦌, bears 🐻, horses 🐴 and a lot of chipmunks 🐿 and beautiful birds. I am surrounded by lovely trees 🌲 and mountains 🏔 and fresh crisp air! My wish to you all is that you have the best rest possible as to let the cells in your body regenerate properly and I wish you all the best health and happiness ever!
