As a keeper: 10 7 3 2 are the ways to go 10 is truly unstoppable if u can consistently get the speed and of course, precision and height. Only counter I've managed to come up with is not letting you get far enough into the D - which wont work well unless the striker is really slow.
Great one my coach did was balance it on her stuck go towards goal and when keepers comes out flick over head or just pretend to flick and then let it come down a smash it
