    Absolutely stunning, that paint work on the cockpit is so nice mate. And Ed’s work is top of the shop ;) prefer those guns too.

    I notice you don't sand off the flash off the donor parts, especially noticeable on the canopy guns. Is that an observation based on the original ILM models - did they not bother?

      You mean the injection seam? No, id never bother unless it was a really noticeable seam flash, like on many old AMT kits.

    Lee when you mention doing latex work. What process are you describing?

      Just the application of liquid latex to emulate chipped and wear. ILM used this a lot, for minor wear and tear effects, and also in huge amounts when we're talking about Boba Fett and Slave One for example.
      I'll see if I can do a piece on some simple latex work at some point.
