All of the principle cast members nailed it. I already knew Yeoh, Hong, and Curtis were legends, but it was great to see Ke Huy Quan again, and Stephanie Hsu was a revelation. I love what James Hong said here. To not get the script, but nevertheless appreciate the modern artform is really special
I love how James Hong describe this movie as a Picasso painting. It does make sense when you see how all these different abstract universe were being put together to create a cohesive art.
This is such an amazing film. A great experience at the movies. The movie itself and Ke (Short Round) deserve an award 🥇. I’m so glad Ke is back to acting.
Everyone in the movie was incredible. Michelle, Ke, Stephanie, James, Jamie were just amazing! I usually don’t rewatch movies in theaters but Everything Everywhere All At Once was an exception.
James Hong brought me to tears. Have watched him all of my 65+ years in movies and TV shows. A total icon. That he should need to make that plea to the camera about hatred is an absolute tragedy. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Being Asian I think it also gave it that extra taste. 😂 I’ve been watching Michelle Yeoh since I could remember. Seeing her being the main character and on the big screen was very special.

I only know James Hong in Mulan (1998), the Kung Fu Panda series, and Turning Red (2022), and Ke Huy Quan in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) and The Goonies (1985).

She appears in two scenes where they're at a bar and she is super skeptical about their "tall tales" of saving the world. One of these scenes is where Wong shows up through a portal right behind her just as she is ranting at her friends for their slacker ways.
This film will be discussed for decades. A major achievement in cinema.

The best movie I have seen in the last 20 years. I went back to watch it again the next day and I rarely ever do that.
