1: As a beginner you have to reach out your work to the peoples by share your content and that content will be valuable so your clients love it and again want to see your new post
2: Niche, Depends on you just ask from your self what actually do you like and interested in. categorize them and then choose the best one that have much traffic.
3: Start to write related to your niche, watch different articles get an idea from them and write it in your own simple English...... difficult step is to write, once you start automatically you will get touched, and you will feel very good.
4: my only mistake is time management.

2. Avoid clients from India :)...and my country Kenya as well.
3. Want to be a writer who pontificates voluminously? That's not what they're looking for. Specialize your skills.
And of course, find a mentor. You know where to go for mentorship.

First, thank you Dan. Now, once you have specialised in your market niche, and you are growing your customers base, how do you cope with the fact that you will be asked to help them radically differentiate from their competitors, despite most companies in a given same niche will have pretty much the same characteristics (most likely, only a few will provide a product/sercie/experience apart form the others)? And consequently, the more known and estimated you will get to become, the more your potential customers will not feel comfortable hiring their competitors' copywriter... Said that, I like to look ahead in order to understand things in reverse-engineering fashion, sometimes, and I wouldn't mind having a pertaining answer to a question that I believe to be on point. Great advice as always, and I really love your straight forward videos and articles, but if I don't have well paying customers yet, how can I NOT spend time "hunting" for jobs and work for customers on plattforms on which the payment is pretty low? At least every writer needs SOME income to pay the rent etc. - And since I am not in Canada or the US but in Germany, and I mainly write in German, can your course help me to get the right jobs and customers on my side of the ocean?

Here are the problems I am running into. I believe, I am suffering from information overload. One of the reasons I didn't apply to the job you posted was because you asked, "What ideas do you have in order to improve revenue for my business?"
I had no fucking idea. And I have no idea because I am struggling with where to start, how to start, and finding a mentor. I have been spending time trying to learn, SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, Copywriting, but then companies want people who know how to use google adwords, facebook ads, managing campaigns, and this is all overwhelming for me. So here are my questions:
1.) How do I find a mentor? I live in the Northeast United States and the only marketing companies within driving distance focus on pharma or are not interested on bringing an inexperienced newbie to the team. Even if I offer to work for free or at a discount, I do not get calls back. So I am having a difficult time finding a mentor to coach me.
2.) From your previous video I thought I would start hand writing Gary Halbert ads. However, some of his ads fill the entire span of a newspaper page. Am I supposed to handwrite the entire ad or am I supposed to find smaller, punchier ads that I can repeat over and over? I figure, if I was going to handwrite copy, I might as well do it from the best, no?
3.) Is there a way to skip the online seminar training you have in the link? I had already attended a seminar previously and discovered that the seminar in the link is almost identical to the one I had attended before. I just want to skip the stuff I have already watched and go straight into finding out when classes are and how much.
4.) How do I discover what to specialize in? If I can't find a mentor how else am I supposed to find work when companies in my area aren't interested in hiring someone with no experience? Should I just do a bunch of spec work and pray that someone will take me in? I am not ready to approach clients because I feel like I am going to fail them and make them lose money. I basically lack any confidence because I am being shown so many different paths to becoming a copywriter and I don't have that much disposable income. I am ready to do something, ANYTHING, but I have no clue what to focus on first. I feel like I need a step by step that I can follow so that I can feel confident to start taking on paying work.
After reading this, I think the most important thing for you right now is to have a mentor and give you more clarity. I think for the exercise, the most important thing is the text, so it doesn't matter how big it is, The text is most important thing, and make sure you copy them. Also I believe having a mentor will help you achieve more and bring yourself clarity.
