- Welcome to my Sunday Kitchen Reset! I hope you find motivation within this video to carry you through the week in your own home!

Two ingredient bean burgers:
1 can beans *i like pinto or black beans best, but use whatever you like!
Drained but not rinsed
1 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes
Mix ingredients together, roll into balls and flatten into a burger patty
Grill or cook on your stove top 3-4 minutes each side until crispy
Edible cookie dough:
2 scoops of protein powder (or 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed)
3 packets of oatmeal (or 3/4 cup)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond!)
1/4 cup almond milk
Combine in a food processor until smooth, transfer to a Tupperware container and top with whatever you'd like!

Do you have a reset day in your home? if yes which day do you reset?
Saturday or Sunday
Yes, when I feel up to it. Health limitations prevent me from doing it when I want. But at least once a week.
My reset day is Fridays. so I can rest and enjoy the weekend with my family. I do both Cleaning and food prepping for the next 7 days.
Usually Friday or Saturday. I take Sundays off.

I liked dates before getting pregnant but then when the third trimester rolled around, eating 6 a day was so painful. One of my boyfriend’s customers made me vegan “snickers” - the bottom layer was snickers, then peanut butter then a chocolate drizzle and those were yummy!
I clean my fridge on wednesdays, since that is day we put out trash. We dont have a shopping day per say. My husband likes to go shopping as soon we run out of anything. Usually he goes shopping everyday. I shop every 2 weeks. It works for us. We eat 2 different ways. He's all american eating, Im wfpb. Your looking good per being pregnant. I miss having a dishwasher. I've actually been considering a portable one.(live in an apartment) Having a dishwasher is one of those nonnegotiable things for me. It just makes things so much easier.

I like dishes and laundry, too. I think we've had this conversation before! I don't mind the dishes, but I love doing laundry! We don't have much of either since we're just two retirees. Baby's close! But I don't need to tell you that. Lol!

Every so often, things I want sanitized like cutting boards, I just set them in the dish rack and pour boiling water over them.

I used to have a set day to reset but my 2 older kids i share custody with their dad and i hate spending a whole day doing this stuff when theyre with me. Also I have a 7 month old so most times i cant do a whole day anymore lol
Oh yes with a little one it’s way harder to do everything in one day! Go with the flow!

No this is just me 🤣❤️ we actually had a good laugh at a “nesting” comment yesterday someone made to us, they’re like “oh you’re motivated because you’re nesting!” and my husband goes so does nesting last 18 years because this girl hasn’t stopped since I met her 🤣

I love green grapes . Hubby likes the purple ones with seeds. Oh I love dates. I clean out my fridge every tue. we have garbage pick up wed mornings.Please stop referring to your plastic containers as tupper ware. there not tupper ware. have a good week
I’ll refer to them however I’d like! Just like people call Kleenex every type of tissue even though it’s a brand 🤣
