Today's recipe:
16 oz pasta (any)
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 block cream cheese
1 can drained and rinse chickpeas
1 red bell pepper
*Cook pasta according to the directions on your box
Chop red pepper, rinse and drain chickpeas
Once pasta is finished cooking, add about 1/3 cup of the pasta
water into the pasta + all other ingredients, mix well and serve!
Makes a great make ahead meal for weekly lunches or dinner!

Delicious! I’m making this. I have some fresh spinach that I will chop up and use up before serving. You encourage us to use what we have on hand. Dinner will be yummy.
Another idea for a vegan cream cheese replacement would be tofu. Silken may be best although a firmer tofu might give it a feta type consistency which could be jizzed up with some lemon juice or vinegar.

I could also eat wheat when I was pregnant. It was the craziest thing. Then probably a yr postpartum I had to stop again. I definitely took advantage of it while I could. ❤
so crazy! I talked with my OB about it early on because I was shocked when I was so sick that I could eat regular crackers and she said its so common! usually like you said about a year PP the body will retreat back to what you're used to but I am so thankful because crackers saved me in the beginning and not having tummy issues from gluten along with HG was so nice!

I'm guessing 13 years! I think getting another can of garbanzo beans and making a quick hummus instead of cream cheese would also be tasty. Having a cool pasta salad ready for summer meals is a great idea!
i make this a lot on my channel :) we probably have pasta with hummus 1-2 times a week! its great cold or warm

I think the can opener is 13 yrs old. It was common in Europe and the UK for women to shop daily for meals but now supermarkets are global that seems to be changing. Down here in New Zealand and Australia we shop anywhere from weekly, 2 weekly to monthly. I love your channel, but have yet to get your ebooks. I cooked the 20 ramen with peanut butter, tomato paste and mustard the other day.... Yummy!! All the best with the baby. Adrienne in NZ

Hi Miranda, I’m sorry I have not seen one of your videos in quite a while and I was watching this one and shocked that you were putting cream cheese in this dish! Are you no longer vegan or plant based?
haven't been since I got pregnant :) I switched to vegetarian 9 months ago and have shared over and over so I don't mention it in each video anymore
(btw was never vegan this is a common misconception, I just ate a plant based diet)
Dah I just heard you say vegetarian so if I understand that correctly, cream cheese is part of the vegetarian diet.
