I know I’m a year late for you but I’ll leave the answer for others. Above the download button at the top of the list - select the “checked” circle. This will only download the ones you have checked on the list 😂.
Has a flag next to the title (on AetherSX2, not the frontend). American flag is NTSC, European flag is PAL. Any other information is in the properties of the file.
