Zwift level calculating based on 20 min best effort, I can't choose B this time.
They did the same to me. Utterly killed myself on dolphin crit, taking my “theoretical” ftp to 360 watts, and now I can’t race in cat b anymore …. I’d rather have compete in B than get slaughtered in A.
Are you having dropouts ? Because your cadence drops massively - then you spike the power … or are you micro bursting … ?
Yes, at the time I was exhausted. Well I was off saddle and relaxing some muscle on the legs 1 km to go.
