    Nice pattern but not sure which row to start a new pineapple. Please let me know when to start new pineapple and when to increase? I have followed your instructions and now with 3 pineapples , i would like to continue the shawl but not sure when to increase.

    This pattern is so beautiful thank you for sharing. I was wondering if it is possible to make a regular rectangle shaped scarf with this pineapple stitch?

    • @yarndesign
      @yarndesign  2 года назад +1

      It’s definitely possible, but will need some thought. It might be something I could attempt for a future project.

I would love to try out this pattern .. I’m just not 100% sure if it will suffice and be enough … I’ve been searching for a pattern to go with it and absolutely loved yours!

      Oh I just realised you mentioned 1000 metres .. so that’s about 1093 yards 😬 … I guess it might not be enough ..

    I wanted to follow but your explaination at the start of the second row is really very poor I turned off at this point and gave a thumbs down so I will tell you why so you know what the issue is. You start by stating that the edge is always "three doubles.... " without explaining where you put them or showing which places chain or stitches you worked into, it maybe obvious to you but lost on viewers. You do not explain or show the work clearly just rattle of do this that this. No close up of where you are working or showing after where they were placed. This meant I could not follow the pattern and I know how to crochet for over fifty years I crochetted, so beginner will be completely lost. Sorry it is a shame the pattern looks really nice.

      Must be you. It's pretty clear dcs are worked into the ch3 sp from the previous row. FYI, you can zoom & slow the video down if it's too fast for you. Happy hooking.
