Hi April😊. Wow, it has been so long since we last connected. I hope you are doing well. I imagine the frustration. The best thing to do is keep a regular training regime that includes both cardio and strength work.This could be walking/jogging 2-3times a week and doing pilates/yoga 2-3 times a week. Increasing your intake of water and avoiding processed carbs and food products will also help. Try keep a balanced healthy diet of organic food products. And there is no harm in a treat day every now and then 😊. Just try keep it at once to twice a week. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions. Have a lovely weekend. 🌻
I am so happy to hear that you eat a clean eating lifestyle. But I know that can only make the efforts more frustrating when you aren't seeing results. How often are you exercising in a week? And do you drink lots of water?
@@LifeFullofZest 6 times weekly, alternating cardio and weights. Thank you for the stretching suggestion. Between my age (50 next month), genetics, and a bit of a sweet tooth I do struggle. I will do a better job of doing more of your videos in future.
