- Lakshman Bathwar, a local truck driver from Rajkot, buried himself in a pothole to protest against the condition of the roads. National Highway Authority has now fixed the road, albeit temporarily.

Potholes are very dangerous. I still remember 23rd July this year. My scooty suddenly bumped in one of those and I got disbalanced and could fall but hopefully I maintained balance. But I really could die as truck was about to pass by my right side and could get crushed.
