I cried when I learned about Bernie Mac’s death. He’s one of the Very few celebrities I actually shed a tear over. I cried for Bill Paxton too. He’s was so good at his art as an actor. ❤
My daughter watched all of the episodes with us after he had passed. She had never cared about a celebrity before, but one night she asked if she could meet Bernie Mac someday. 😢

It’s the food. Our gut micro biome has been destroyed by excess sugar consumption, antibiotics, food additives and chemicals. You may be medically predisposed to different types of autoimmune disorders but the food brings it out. Everyone I know has either an immune disorder of some sort or intolerance to some type of food. This was not the case in the 90’s. I now have two autoimmune disorders, allergies and an intolerance to wheat. Stopped eating wheat and excess sugar and I’m way better off. The fact that we all just take this shit without calling it out is bonkers to me.

I agree with Bill on this one. Food doesn’t fix or prevent everything, but it can make a difference most of the time.
Not to be pretentious, but even the ancient Greeks knew the Earth wasn't flat and even calculated its circumference in the 200s BC. But I get the idea, more or less.

People of different regions around the world have internal diseases. Sarcoma kills more Whites just like sickle cell anemia kills more blacks and arabs. This is well documented, not only from Google, but from your local library which is better. BTW, my mom passed away from this disease in 2002; she was Hispanic of African descent. Now it is truly documented that are internal causing diseases that kill all races and colors like bone cancer and brain cancer. I disagree with you about Larry making racial implications about diseases.

Well we have psoriasis in my family, and we have various forms of diets each of us, so it can't be the food then

Unique is the human genome. Unique is the DNA of each person. Therefore; unique is each one's roadmap, its twists and turns and where it leads, and inevitably winds up. Bernie is and was most memorable.
Or both. Lots of diseases are nature & nurture. Especially with modern diet/lifestyle when a body adapted to millions of years of refinement suddenly finds itself in an unfamiliar place.
