    soon as i read "tendon bounce" my tennis elbow yelled at me.

      That is totally fair. Definitely something that should only be applied/attempted on a case by case basis!
      I have a weird oblique injury and have been trying to work around it.

    Be careful with that. You’re hyperextending your elbow with a huge momentum.
