    What would happen if we consistently stretch the “exhaustes” leg from the example? Not strengthening but stretching? Without addressing the restriction

      That brings an excellent point, and we should probably do a video that just stretching or just strengthening her often what were talk to think about and those are not the correct approaches, to create balance in a myofascial system. It Hass to be a lot more gentle of precise to start, then just stretching a muscle where you feel exhausted or tight or pain. We hope that makes sense.
