If it is rubbing at the header you are going to work the process in reverse and shim the bottom block to try and push the panel towards the threshold. Depending on the door and the configuration of the glass blocks you might have to move them around to get it to sit correctly. I will try and record a video to demonstrate what I mean. Yes sir, we used to call them doors built in the "Wild Wild West" because we were asked by our employer to leave the brand names out.
