When Jimin was talking about the roles of each member.. he did not mention V (because he was not revealed yet). V later in one of his lives mentioned.. that he has been given the role of "miracle of the group". Apt, I must say. 💜🤷🏻♀️
I liked this reaction a lot. Did you notice V/Tae is not in the video clips? He was already a member but the company thought he was really special and they wanted to keep him as a surprise for their debut, also worried because of his looks that other companies would snatch him up so they kept him out of site. He was sad when the others would video talk and he couldn't. You ARMY guys always crack me up. Watching these older videos when they say their ages remember to subtract a year and sometimes 2 years as we count ages. They are considered one year old when born... Asian culture ages according to 9 months in the womb as 1. Then it doesn't matter what month you are born when it is January 1st they automatically add on another year to their age when asked. Poor Tae/V was born on December 30 and was considered 1 year old, then two days later on January 1st, he turned 2. Same with Jin who was born in December. the Asian culture is changing the age thing I think next year to align with international aging. So really these guys while training were much younger than they said on these old videos. Can you imagine here in the West our parents allowing us to leave home to start a career? You said it right... the work ethic is a cultural thing. In watching the History KDrama series I came to realize it has been taught historically... like once a year the students take exams and everything in the country shuts down as the parents... the whole nation cheers them on. It is very stressful for the young people there. JK was really young... truly raised through puberty by the members.
Starting this series is big commitment lmao I really recommend you the channel BoraCity Magazine! 16:04 I have to say Jungkook once said in a documentary that he was surprised by the amount of groups that don’t get along and that he was glad BTS get along really well 👀
BTS also have a book coming out very soon about their story, it tells what they’ve been through and what made them who they are now. I’m not a huge fan of reading, but if it’s BTS, I’ll finish that book in a day🤣

As Band PD said, BTS was given freedom to everything, so for example, if a member did a diet, it was his decision, not imposed by the label like it is for other groups, and at first they were 9, just one of them was cut and the other left on his own because he didn't want to be part of an idol group, he complained about rules and not be allowed to go out as he want, but at that time, half of them were underraged, so it was pretty normal that BigHit was a bit protective towards them, but the olders often talked about going out at the time to drink or hang out at the river, so it was aboslutly different from what Jennie or Lisa were saying especially when YG and SM are known to be the most strict labels using slave contracts, extreme trainings and dieting, they weren't allowed to drink, clubbing, smoke, drive, have a boyfriend or girlfriend or have an esthetic surgery without permission, and their contract also included a clause to reimburse training expenses in case the person decides to leave. Also BTS had among the shortest training period, Jimin did less than a year, and their contract was very correct with no debt to reimburse and no strict rules.. Sometimes the editor let the line blurred with other groups because she's herself fan of kpop, she even did a lot of mistakes implying things about BTS without proofs or using footages out of context, so be carefool please with your interpretation, just remember BTS is different.

That is crazy. With the exception of Dynamite, I've never heard any other songs on the radio. Honestly I have never expected to hear their non-English songs here (East Coast, USA), but am VERY surprised that Butter didn't have much airplay (if any). Especially since Dynamite was played soooo much on pop radio stations. And I was sure I'd hear Jimin's Like Crazy English version, but sadly never have.

And I have seen interviews where some idols told that "we are friends only under camera" or "our savings was that we didnt lived in doorm". Korean reactor even said that "BTS was begining famous being like family, unlike some other groups". Kpop is huge industry, there are different type groups and people just like west-musicindustry...😅
