I guess I don't know fashion but I don't think Kelly shouldn't have won this challenge, she sent the girl down the runway in the same outfit she was wearing when she came in. The makeover part was hair and makeup and Kelly didn't do it herself. Changing the color of her outfit and making it fitted doesn't count IMO
