Spot on Sarah! Initially, this did not resonate with me. However, I've experienced a huge expansion, and now that I have processed all of the (new) positive energy, I realize I need time to integrate. I even had a couple of nightmares (9 of Swords). It caught me by surprise because things are going really well. However, the haunted house wants to hold us captive. Acknowledging this is liberating and takes the power away from our nightmares. Im a cancer sun and virgo moon, and ive delved more deeply into the emotional realm and communicating my own emotions, and even sharing about empathetic communication in last year than i ever have in my life, i believe. I have said before that it seem my emotions had a safe place to expressed either in my home with family members arguing or in my school where kids with big emotional were getting escorted out of the classroom. It gave me messages growing up that these were not welcome in the world. Whereas now, emotions are more like the messengers of showing me where something is off or something is aligned with me. Its not always perfect, i just had a full out childhood cry in public recently. But i love myself and i honor where i am at, and how far i have come in my journey physically emotionally mentally and spiritually. I am grateful to continue growing. Grateful for ur sweet energy. ❤

I am so at that point. I'm wrestling with my disappointment in the people I work with, why I feel so disappointed in them/why am I so emotionally invested, and recalling all the different things I've learned about the reasons why people behave the way they do so I can foster some compassion and understanding. I'm exhausted. I used to be really talkative and gregarious, but now I'm just avoiding most people because I don't know who they are really. I can't fake enthusiasm.
Because people judge so many meaningless things about others like their looks, when you try to stand up for victims such as animals of the dairy, egg, meat etc. industries, you get told you are "being judgemental" and it's a huge devastation to the animals.
