In 1990 I was 22 years of age and my doctor told me that I had a fatty liver. It was not explained any further and I didn't understand what was being said to me...and the doctor offered no advice at all.
Over the next few decades, I was told the same thing...once again, I didn't understand what it meant.
In 2020, I was told that I had a NAFL, but this time I had the internet. That's when I discovered Dr Berg and I spent the lockdown months watching hundreds of his videos.
Since June 2020 I've followed a Ketogenic lifestyle with intermittent fasting and having lost 103 pounds in the first ten months, I reversed prediabetes and got my joints back. So I'm extremely thankful to Dr Berg and this invaluable information.
I urge anybody arriving on this channel for the first time to research this information and make their own minds up.

I have been on IF for a few months and Healthy Keto diet with legumes, artichoke, 1 tbsp quinoa, and 1 tbsp sesame seed. I also eat fruits such as red or purple grapes, blueberries, an apple, and a pear alternatively for stomach health. I have gotten rid of all refined carbs and eat only 2 slices of commercially available multigrain bread (no time to bake one myself and for such a low price that has no white or refined flour.
I take supplements such as Tudca, Curcumin, Liver Flush (contains high milk thistle amount, dandeloin root, and 2-3 other herbs), Cod Liver oil, Tocotrienols Vit E, a multivitamin, 150mg iron for iron deficiency, nutritional yeast, l-glutamine 5g, psyllium husk 5g, 2 tsp ground flaxseed on salad.
I have added walnuts, pumpkinseeds, sunflower seeds, and cashews for extra Omega 3s. I only use Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tbsp grassfed butter. I haven't had meat in a few months except 2-3 eggs a day. I also eat a scoop of plant protein powder that has other healthy greens added to it from the factory (Garden of Life - Raw Organic All in One Shake), 10g beetroot powder mixed with the shake.
My diet is as healthy as it gets, and I have lost weight all over my body, except my stomach area. My liver doesn't seem to be improving much. Still has pain and a sensitive area on the right side just after the mid section. Nowadays, it even hurts on the left side where the spleen and end of the pancreas are. I can deal with hunger, and it doesn't bother me, so there is no problem with the insulin. At least my brain fog has cleared for the most part, and my night vision most nights is not a problem. But, the liver doesn't seem to be budging.

So many testimonies state “ I completely changed my lifestyle” I was doing all this and all that, so I completely stopped. Then they go on to say they changed the food they ate, or what they stopped eating.
We are gradually working our way through theories of cancer causes. We've whittled it down to sugar but there still seems to be quite a few ifs and buts. So it’s widened to
factor in glutamine. Buts it’s also widened into context. The modern lifestyle cocktail. But Dr Seyfried alludes to this elephant, and Guy Tenenbaum mentions it and Fred Evrard mentions it. But it is not fully analysed or understood the markers for the variable biological and metabolic inflammatory susceptibility of varying individuals. But we will eventually have to face, confront and resolve the impact of this lifestyle cause of cancer.

I understood Vit D3 is an only morning supplement. In fact I recently mentioned this to my daughter, who I notice takes it nightly. I've got to say, she never ever, gets up for a nightly bathroom run, so I should have disclaimer'd this!
I think this subject is not so difficult, but, for those medicating, with metabolic or immune system issues, it becomes many subjects 🧐, I believe!!

There is a big difference between processed carbohydrates and whole-food carbohydrates. Whole-food carbohydrates are a nutrient that is needed for survival and I think you should distinguish between the two of them. Not all carbs are the devil and people need to know the difference.

i do a Low carb, Low fat, high protein diet. Basically i dont eat until 12pm (noon). Then i have around 200g of food (mostly cottage cheese, chicken, or 6eggs). At 4 i work out for around 1hr (cardio based: shadow boxing and kick boxing). immediate after 1 can of sardines. at 7:30 i have a big meal. 500g od chicken/turkey (when beef then 400g), 5 or 6 eggs, and greens(70% of the time broccoli, but i vary them). NO CARBS NO FAT. i snack celery 3 times a day. Except oil for greasing the pan. i have been doing this for around 1 year + - 6 months. I went from 103kgs to 90kgs (with variations). but somehow my belly fat (although its going away slowly, its slower than a turtle on weed). and my chest fat (the ones on the underams). These 2 they go away very slowly. how Serious do u think my fatty liver is????? How many days do i have left??

He said the apple cider vinegar has affected my kidneys . And also my liver . GP has sent urine test to the lab for culture. I do pee frequently, feels uncomfortable in my bladder like I want to go to pee again .

My theory is too many carbs and not enough fat and protein slowed down bile production and why artichoke leaf extract helps with fatty liver disease which increases bile production. Of course, ox bile would also help. Bile also breaks down estrogen which helps with PMDD & spider veins. Also decrease amylase production because the pancreas is burned out on carbs and simply getting older. Ultimately, a higher protein lower carb diet is the solution and a high carb diet is to blame.

For years I've not eaten but maybe 500 kCal/day, yet I still continue to gain wt. Was skinny all my life, but in the last 7 years I've gotten morbidly obese. This happened after I had to quit working as a nurse from back and hip damage from hard physical labor on my petite and small boned body. I worked as hard as a man twice my size...had to when they kept cutting staff to dangerous levels. The residents still had to be cared for and I worked my arse off literally. I worked until I could no longer walk d/t my hips just grinding bone on bone and my back was falling apart. Now I have had major mobility issues and walking or exercising is nearly impossible. I have a laundry list of health issues. I hate being in this body that is not me anymore, but I don't know how to fix it. I've tried it all. I am going to go back on the ACV and stop taking my Protonix to see if that will help with my severe GERD/aspiration issue. No more trips to the ER for me. I just am tired of suffering in chronic pain and everything else I've told you about already. Help me! Jesus have mercy on me.
