I have a question for you about my zafira A it seems the drivers nearside inner CV joint has broken am I right that seeing the shaft from the gear box is spinning around when in drive even though the rubber boot is not ripped hope to here your confirmation all the best Bob.😁.
Tip: unscrew the transmission fill screw first, before removing the drain plug. When you remove the transmission drain plug but can’t remove the full plug after that you’re in trouble. Then you can’t fill the transmission with oil.
In general, the replacement will be similar, the only thing may be slightly different is the design features of your car. More detailed information can be found in the technical documentation for repairing your car.
There is another design where the differential oil lubricates the inner joint. The axle has a special bearing on it that doesnt let oil out on which the boot sits on. The inner boot doesnt spin it is clamped onto the differential and onto the bearing. Fiat Marea cars have this

How can i find out the length of the rear drive shaft? Trying to order one from Autodoc, but there are three different lengths.
Thank You
You need to take measurements of the drive shaft that is installed on the car; we recommend consulting with your mechanic.

Delivery company for Uk is awfull. Had to cancel 2 orders because of them. Good products sent with some dodgy transport company, such as Evri.
