Maybe a video about sauces ? :) The sauce at the end looks great and a 10 minutes video about a few sauces might be interesting :D

I haven't made tempura in a very long time bit this idea puts a lot of my favorites in one! I love Nori and green onions! My most favorite part of Tempura is the veggies. LOVE to use broccoli, mushrooms and also Snow peas. This is definately on my menu soon!

Nice!!! I made your shrimp and add garlic to it, I cut the shrimp into piece and put in on my salad with ponzu sauce as the greens dressing and a little bit of eel sauce on top with masago and sesame seed. It was delicious!!

I tried sushi again, this time I got something called a californian, which had avocado, crab meat and fish, and it was great! I love sushi now!
