Dynamic mesh with mesh deformation and prescribed motion

Dynamic meshing is one of the areas OpenFOAM is popular for but many people (including me) struggle with dynamic mesh techniques for various reasons.
I am creating a series of dynamic meshing tutorials for beginners using very simple examples.
This is one of the easiest example for dynamic mesh with mesh deformation and prescribed motion. You can modify this to adapt for your own problem involving forced oscillations.
