AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage - only slightly more violent. It's a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on RUclips are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping - except that it doesn't cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). Again, it doesn't cost you anything to click these links, and it's a great help to us. As always, safe travels, happy camping, and THANK YOU!

I’m so very proud of my Dad (Vinnie) for what he’s accomplished. He started with one airstream and worked his way up.. With impeccable craftsmanship and true compassion and love for others, he built something truly special. I believe you both had a big influence on his journey as well!

I just love the attitude you guys have with regards to travel. It puzzles me why so many folks want to fight and squabble about our differences, when really we should be celebrating those differences. If I don't want to see anyone different (or with different attitudes) than me, then I guess I could stay here in my living room for the rest of my life, but it just seems so much more fun to get out there and travel and learn and experience all the wonderful different cultures that are out there. We love to explore the three North American countries with our trailer in tow, and we try to get to other parts of the world as often as we can, and consider ourselves so fortunate to have the health and means to be able to do so. As always, continued safe travels....

Just wanted to let ya knw how much we enjoyed this college football series. So unique. We've seen baseball and NASCAR but never football - well played! I also appreciate your insightful commentary. So wise at times (other than the "standard American wife comment ha). I also respect your career trajectory and how you pursued what you love. The flash back stuff in the first episode was quality (as well as your old vid when sharing your past). Keep up the quality content cause it's defiantly not being taken for granted! And I made a whopping 98 cents (yes less than a single dollar) last year from RUclips so keep your chin up!

Wow! Your description of the loneliest highway epitomizes how I prefer to travel. Unfortunately, living on the East Coast, this is really hard to do. Now that we are expanding our travels, I will be looking for more of these routes. Kristie really nailed it when she said, "Media focuses on our differences rather than what makes us similar." I always enjoy how your videos encourage us to connect with others and learn about their culture and background rather than living in our bubble of familiarity. I had to laugh over the library run since I am of the vintage that remembers the random college streakers in the mid 70s. 🤣 Thanks for sharing this beautiful journey and your wonderful experiences! 🤗

Threw a rod in van 20 miles outside of Ely, NV and had to get towed 250 miles to Salt Lake City. Took 20 years to build the courage to return this time in our RV. Had a great time.

I could not believe how many people were walking all together on the sidewalk. I bet that one shot is more people than in our whole county! It is hard to imagine that much air to so many people in one place! If we had a mass evacuation, we would not see that many cars.! I do LOVE the diversity of every kind. The USC Head Coach, Lincoln Riley, went to Texas Tech. The Offense Consultant at USC is the former Head Coach at Texas Tech and the Arizona Cardinals, Kliff Kingsbury, and I helped produce his Coach's Radio Show at Texas Tech.
The Cal Golden Bears played the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Independence Bowl this year and Texas Tech got the win, 34-14.

Who knows we may have another Airstream in our future now that we’re not full time anymore. Spent 30 years in California working, but since retirement we moved to the Tahoe/Reno area. I hope you did a OU football game on your travels, what a tailgate too. Pretty sure we’re kindred spirits! Love your travels

When my parents retired, they seemed to be traveling a lot. While a large percentage of these travels were to destination sites, like Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which the did bi-annually. A few of these trips were not destination oriented, but rather travel oriented. One spring my parents ventured out with the goal of traveling around the perimeter (or close to it) around the United States. Long before smart phones, in fact I had to force them to take a flip phone with them, they had this 4" thick book that featured maps and highlights of every state. One of the highlights in this book was the "Loneliest Road in America," and featured the Loneliest phone in America. Jokingly, I commented to them that they should call us when they reached this site. Believe it or not, when they reached this destination, they called.

as long as I stay away from Hollyweird. Would love to visit the redwoods and other state wonders. I have friends in San Diego they speak of the great diverse landscapes too. The cost of housing now. We would have to be millionaires to live there. I went to Oceanside for a girls bday celebration. Very lovely and perfect weather. If I had the cash cow! Maybe??

Thank you, thank you, thank you! For your review of California. There has been so much media spin on California and it’s people and, as Kristi so aptly stated, the media is quick to point out the difference but not the similarities. I’ve lived in SoCal most of my life and the Americans here are just like Americans everywhere. We all love our country and are proud to be Americans. Like every other state, California has its good things and not so good things. But it’s no different than any other state. It’s a beautiful place with great people.

I know you are partial to CA, but Georgia has as much to offer. You can ski in the North GA mountains, then drive to the coastal islands & frolic on the beach in the same day. Georgia has several movie production studios, including those of Tyler Perry. We have many comedy clubs and well over 10 authentic Burmese Restaurants in the Atlanta area alone. About the only things California has that Georgia doesn't is barren wasteland deserts and devastating mud slides, while Georgia can offer much more than California can.

Couldn't agree with you more. The combination of temperate climate and topography terrain variation in California are a tough act to follow. As for ethnic diversity, the mix of cultural enrichment from the pacific rim is a big plus. We traveled down the coast of CA north to south this fall/winter, and we were thinking the same thing. Currently taking a break in Palm Springs and it's incredible.

Love the whole video. Excellent info but I noticed one thing - your engine warning light was on (just after the six minute point). I always leave positive comments, so I'm not a troll. Just curious what was up with it.

My F-150 gas engine has an engine brake- is that maybe the difference? Diesel maybe has an exhaust brake? I suppose someone could correct me, lol. I grew up in Santa Cruz and it definitely gave me a more liberal and accepting mindset than if I had grown up in Ohio, where I live now. Thanks for another great video 😊

I do miss that living where we do now. It is ultra conservative... i wouldn't mind conservative, but this is more like blindness and heavy darkness at times. But there is always a Light somewhere and those great Stars. PTL!

You highlighted the positives for sure. However………..Lived in CA for a long long honeymoon until the last ten years. Had to get a divorce.
No freedom of expression at Berkley unless you lean and or fall over to the left. Great place for indoctrination and not education.
Traffic, politics, transients, crime and cost of living etc. made it un livable.
Master of understatement reference the sport team statement near the end.
So I will be direct. Liberal progressive politics is the biggest factor, and to be fair, not the only factor(s) in California’s decline. Hard to argue as the party of the blues has a super majority for over 20 years.
I truly agree people throughout the world are good and enriching to meet and know. That said, you can keep CA. And the politics.
