Ryan, you are INCREDIBLY fortunate to have access to such high-end audio equipment. I'm a fan of the Susvara, and am looking forward to one day auditioning Unveiled. Reverend Dr. Thomas, The Vegan Vicar.
@@TheVeganVicar believe me I know. I don't enjoy being so harsh, but, I had to speak my true feelings on this headphone. It was a mixed emotion on loving the sound and being disappointed by many other things. I always appreciate your comments!
One thing I would like is if the pads and headband where white or neon white instead of poopy brown, it would be perfect...😇 Cant wait to see you at Cam Jam Socal!
I've been considering upgrading (really just fomo) from an arya organic to an og susvara for a while, but reviews like these make me realize that it'd be throwing my money away for little gain considering my music preferences. Thanks a lot for your detailed opinions. Btw, the new Leprous album is fantastic 👌
Have you tried the HE1000SE? I went from Arya Stealth to HE1000SE. I was floored by the performance bump. It's a stunning headphone. I now have Susvara and I love it. But I would say the jump from Arya to HE1000 was a bigger upgrade especially now that HE1000SE has dropped significantly in price.
Great review, totally respect the honesty. When one spends 8k, it should be for the overall experience, not just sound. This is tesla cybertruck of headphones. What were they thinking. 🤷♂️
I’ll stick with my HE1000 Stealth I got on sale for $1,100 and MacBook Pro M1 Max. For either Susvara, you’re looking at a $10-15k setup to see its full potential.
I don’t know I feel this should have been better thought out can’t spend that much money and walk on eggshells with them all the time… something bound to happen sooner or later and 8k will disappear…. I think it’s kind of ridiculous actually and I guarantee having some kind of grill on it would result in a rather imperceptible sound difference… when they don’t sell any maybe they’ll add a grill to the 3rd susvara….I’ll stick to my ZMFs thanks
Amazing review thank you for making this video have couple of questions in percentage how much Enleum 23RMH does sound close to the 23R is there a big difference in low end bass compared to the 2 with OG SUSVARA and which version of the Enleum 23R u have u can identify them by there serial number: V1 (SN XXX), V2 (SN AXXX), V3 (SN HXXX) as of what i have seen in videos and forums V1 is best V2 is worst V3 i don't know
First, thank you for the comment. As for the 23R, it was serial number 001. So I'm guessing V1 as it was Soo Ins personal unit. The differences between the two amps I honestly did not hear. Had I spent time doing a review just on that, it's possible. Still, that tells you how close it is. Just comes down to desktop or portability.
Another great review! I always enjoy your videos. Out of curiosity, do you plan on doing a separate review of the Enleum 23r? I would love to hear your thoughts on it and also how it compares to the hpa-24rm. Also, do you think the std HPA-23rm is good enough to get a decent amount of the potential out of the OG Susvara?
Unfortunately I need to get the 23R and 23RMH back to Enleum. Maybe in the future I'll be able to spend more time just on the amp. Appreciate the comment!
I feel the price jump from Susvara to the unveiled doesn't warrant the side-grade right now. Giving up a little punch and slam for a little clarity does not align with my personal preference. I think the price hike is a bit of a swing and a miss, but would love to hear it sometime and both headphones most likely are more than exceptional.
Sound matters more than looks to me but the new one looks so disagreeable to me that I turned down a pretty decent upgrade offer to stick with the OG which, by the way, still sounds fantastic.
For an 8k headphone you can’t even get a real leather pad stock? That may seem minor but it’s so sad it’s almost funny how these people make up a price of 8k and then their prolly laughing like “we gave them a fake leather pad for 8k, what a bunch of losers 😂”
Great job, Ryan. Agree with your comparison (hope you get a chance to hear the OG on an exceptional amp at some point to see how far it can scale;)
@@goldwerger thank you, I will plan to at SoCal!

First thing I did with my unveiled was swap the pads out and the headband with the OG pads and headband. No poopy for me
yea and check out he1000 unveiled in classy black, so much better looking yet still risky with those magnets out

@@GadZookz understandable for sure
I was considering he1000 unveiled but those naked magnets can pull some bullets toward them 😅 risk is too big with those
poop color is the new thing, iPhone 16 will come in poop color as well. Just don't drop it in the pool. lol..... HFM sound has always been great.
