- On this segment of Breaking Bond, a judge granted a $1 bond to a 47-year-old habitual offender charged with violent crimes. This is the second time in 15 months we've found a judge circumventing the law. FOX 26's Randy Wallace has more details in Breaking Bond.

I just wish I could tell the disgusting Houston judges that play softball with dangerous criminals… I was born and raised in Houston, and last year I was almost kidnapped in a parking lot in North Houston, and my husbands coworker was almost kidnapped also in a parking lot in Houston but she fought and got away. You are playing with these people and you are playing with Houstonians lives. Your degrees are worthless! Finally left the city I once loved.
