Murder charges have been dropped against a teen accused in the shooting of a store clerk in Humble after a grand jury's "no-bill" ruling. A woman speaks out after her boyfriend was killed during a staged robbery.

Typical of the times we live in unfortunately. Criminals are looked at as innocent victims and the actual victims are looked at as bad guys for defending themselves. Also when an officer shoots some thug for resisting and assaulting him, he gets arrested and destroyed on social media for being to aggressive.

The ex comes out in front of the police with a gun in his hand telling them he did it BUTTTTTTT, the police are not fearful of this man who just EXECUTED two people… HOWEVER, if a person resists arrest or seems “threatening” and they fear for their lives, police terminate the person on-site… Explain that….
@bryanbeeman5256 every situation involving the police is different. They don't wake up and think "I want to execute some thug today." As for the guy who killed his ex, I'm sure he had guns drawn on him and when he was told to put the knife down he did what he was told, alot of the police shooting videos I've seen usually involves someone not complying with the officers orders, resisting arrest or assaulting the officer. In some case you have bad cops that do horrible things and those are inexcusable, but for the most part it's people trying not to get arrested that usually gets them shot or killed by the police, the whole "I ain't going back to prison " mentality.

They were wrong for stealing. Once they stole the chips and walked away they wasn't causing anyone any harm him chasing them down he became the threat he was 17 with a gun but you can be 18 years old and have the right to carry a shotgun or rifle there's no difference between the age 17 and 18. What age is the right age to carry a gun. Most adults shouldn't even be allowed to have them. I believe people should be medically evaluated, and their living situations should be looked upon before they are able to carry guns.

That is the age that the state set the bar at. Then there is the question of where did he get the gun. 17yr cannot purchase a HANDGUN. People misinterpret this rule. The gun can only be gifted to him. This kid SHOULD Be arrested for possessing and carrying a illegal HANDGUN. He should be in Jail.
