It is strange the amendment has errors that a law clerk wouldn’t make. There needs to be an investigation. If Priscilla or the manager were not acting in the best interest of the beneficiaries or were mismanaging the trust the beneficiaries can be legally removed. They should try and get an injunction on trust disbursements till it’s figured out.

Elvis didn’t want Priscilla to keep the name Presley after the divorce, and for very good reasons. She had to wait until him and Vernon died to get the name back.
Priscilla thinks that someone removed her as trustee with that amendment, but only Lisa could do that not anybody else. So the fact remains, Lisa didn't want her as trustee, the amendment being notarized or not, so Priscilla should respect that.

I hear you all. And there was a Netflix that was supposed to come out called Agent Elvis that just sounded so cringeworthy and awful to think anyone would allow it. Well, the music lives on and will always speak for them.

As per this video Priscilla claims she loved Elvis and out that love her daughter Lisa Marie was born...now that was then...if she loved Elvis so much as she says she wouldn't have divorced him, she would have stand by him no matter what. She also claims she loved her daughter Lisa Marie, if that was the case she wouldn't have taken money without Lisa Marie knowledge from the company knowing fully well she didn't work for it. Now she wants to get a judge to over turn the will Lisa Marie has left for her children. It is strange the amendment has errors that a law clerk wouldn’t make. There needs to be an investigation. If Priscilla or the manager were not acting in the best interest of the beneficiaries or were mismanaging the trust the beneficiaries can be legally removed. 2. Because for a long time before she left Elvis she was sharing a secret apartment with Mike Stone, and while she was still married to Elvis, just moved out, she went on tv with Stone declaring her love for him, not Elvis. She betrayed and cuckolded Elvis.

Because she took Elvis to divorce court a second time, getting so much of his money that he had to sell the rights to his old hits to pay her the lump sum, forcing him to live on just what he got by touring. From that he had to support himself, take care of Graceland, support all of the families who worked for him, and keep paying Priscilla the monthly payment that the court gave her. The fact that he was broke at the end, was in a large part because of Priscilla!
She betrayed Elvis in every possible way, then when he died, she came back and presented herself as the "loving' ex wife who still loved Elvis, then used him to make herself rich and famous.

She sure was wiley and smart to do all of that and only be 14 years old! He probably started messing with her when she was 12 or 13. I think she is a greedy bish, too. However, she is the mastermind behind Graceland's success and should receive money, just not as much. They need to share like family. That's what I think too. People don't realize Priscilla was controlled when she was with Elvis. She was very young. She has always been very conservative and a private person.
She might just be worried about Graceland now that Lisa is gone. Who's going to manage Graceland 24/7 and keep it sacred and beautiful as Priscilla and Lisa have. Riley is young and has a full on career, the twins are still very young. I doubt Priscilla needs more money. She knows she doesn't have much time left. Let's be honest. Lisa and Priscilla are the last people closest to Elvis who still keep his legacy alive. The granddaughters may not be able to handle the responsibility.
