I think Tim Christensen is, without doubt, one of the most underrated songwriters of our era. Underrated, simply because there is a lot of people that just didn't know him. His deeply understanding of thinking melodies, arrangements, and chromatic harmonies, is just one of the most beautiful things you can find in the world. What a good and admirable musician.

Knew him cause a friend sent me a song from Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, I started digging and I reached his solo carreer....Now I learned almost 9 songs from him in my guitar and I know all their songs cannot stop listenning. Cannot understand how such a talent is so underrated. Same feeling with Alain Johannes and Eleven.
Tim Christensen should be a global megastar. The potential audience in the UK and USA is ginormous. As a singer-songwriter miself I spend a lot of time, as I've been doing for years, looking in vain for even just one good current songwriter, and today, finally, I find one. This guy. Both his solo and band work over 25 years really is exceptional. He's been described as John Lennon meets Neil Finn, and that's accurate not merely re his vocals but re his songwriting talent. It's amazing how it took me until now to find his stuff. I've now got a lot of listening to do to Tim Christensen's entire back catalogue, and I hope he comes to do shows here in England.
Not a pedal Sean, it's the guitar. Danish build Hansen Guitars. Tim specifically asked for an electric guitar that could also do the job of a steel string acoustic. So I guess it's the pick-up configuration. Anyway, as an acoustic sound on an electric guitar, they pretty much nailed it.

It's likely a piezo pickup and some post-processing (TC Electronic Body Rez, etc).
