The recipe looks good but .... First i would use raw shrimp because if you boil them first and fry them they will get hard and take the tails off. Also i would mix the dry ingredients first and then pour them over the shrimp. Thanks for the good recipe.

The only thing I would have added was a 1/4 cup of white wine to break the glaze just before the cream/milk. Otherwise, a delicious recipe for shrimp that is pleasing to any seafood lover. ( not saying it wasn't without the wine, just my little tweak on the wonderful dish ) Nice video.

Creo que hacer esa receta con unos camarones o con unos macarrones saldría el mismo resultado ,muchas especies y mucho tiempo de cocción. El marisco tiene sabor propio y en menos de 5 min está perfecto
As many others stated there was way too much heat. In the description it tells "Bei schwacher Hitze 3 Minuten braten" means low heat. But when the garlic becomes brwon within seconds it's too hot. Tip: dont squeeze the garlic, just smash it with a big knive. OK, i'll try to add milk next time. New idea for me.
Shrimps r very soft and if It's cooked for 10 min it will be hard and rubbery.

С лососем всё верно. Но соль, перец, и лимонный сок, при готовке лосося очень важны.)
