Well from my experience. You work hard to show you have a purpose in the work place. You go hard for too long and eventually can't take it anymore and move into more of a conservative work structure. You get fired over low productivity compared to prior productivity. The boss takes advantage of that and finds ways to keep you on edge of losing the job so you keep pushing harder. They fire you when the numbers slip and find another sucker to do what you did before.

Guess it depends on goals and what you want for the future. I personally what a life that is sustainable and don't need to rely on others or be bullied by others. That life will give me the freedom I want, without the hardship of being a slave to someone just to substain it. Like being a farmer is a good option. Owning a mansion,yacht,vacation in the Bahamas,ect. Is all nice, but takes alot of money to sustain it and would keep my on edge all the time. Stress is not something I like.

You just have to take it as a whole. The tattoo guy tries to explain to the bad haircut guy how life would beif he started doing the things he planned, but becoise of procrastination, he moved them. The BHG ( bad haircut guy ) is not really careing, since he is young and he thinks he has time, but time passes he doesn't do anything, and after a few more years he will see that he lost all this time, and there is not going back. That is why the tattoo guy tries to show him what a life worth living is, it is a life where you dont wait for sth to happen, but you take action, even if it is hard, and when the time passes you see the progress you have made, and don't look back regretting, since regret is the most painful thing. Imagine having endless potentioal as a youngster, procrastinatinating on plans you would want ot do, and then when you are 30, you look back and see that all of the things you could have done are gone since you eont have as much energy and time to do them now. I think the biggest problem with Gen Z (aside from not being raised by their parents), is that they have a short attention span and are averse to reading. As a result, they know that there are problems, but they don't know who and what is causing them. You can't explain anything to them because they don't have the attention span to listen or read anything longer than a short paragraph. Anything longer than a ticktock video, or above the character limit for a tweet, and they just can't take it. They won't go and read any books or watch any documentaries because they would rather play Fortnight or watch videos of people having accidents. I think all the electronics has done something to their brains.
