I got a lot of comments on my last prison brick video that it wasn’t real enough so I enlisted the help of ex-convict Jorge Urrea to teach me how he did it on the inside. First we make a spread that could feed a cellblock and then your boy Spice King cheffed up a flaming hot prison brick for desert. Aside from that, those spreads y’all made reminded me of a time that I honestly don’t wanna remember. But the food we made w top notch, compared to those bullshit trays that came out of the kitchen. Lol.

I’ve eaten literally HUNDREDS of these. I ate them while I was in prison and I still make them now that I’m home! They’re delicious! And both ways are the right way to make them. Shareable or a personal.

at the zoo I work @ in LA I sneak Koala bear out of zoo and take them home with me to eat ice cream while I watch nature shows. I then sneak Koala back in zoo next day and no one ever know HAHA I also feed them twizzlers threw the cage and mix sweet tarts into there food dishes. It's a great job!

Im white but i went to Prisonlyland in Idaho for a little over a year and I was homies with the whites and southsider Mexicans and man the Mexicans know how to cook so well. Pesola soup with cicerones is by far some of the best stuff I and it was like the easiest. A nice spread can really change how your feeling and if your feeling down being able to spend time with your homies. They will bring you back up and get you out of your head for a little while. I think those dinner with friends were some of the most meaningful in my life.

Alright here's my thing. Love the video and making the spread but don't forget the most important thing. My man survived supermax prison and if you know you know God bless brother happy you're home. He is now a motivational speaker that's the most important thing to take from this video. Doing good things trying to help kids stay out of trouble. Much respect!!!!! God bless!!!!

When I was in county we always did the breaks on Fridays because where I was locked up, Fridays were movie nights, the jail would get 2 movies and all the pods would watch them on their own TV's and we would get lights out later because of it. So there would be several groups that would get together and pool stuff and make breaks and watch movies. Was actually one of the better memories of the bad times.

yo i use to work corrections for a few years and what he says as an inmate you gotta look the other way and just mind your business its not horrible at all but its not a summer camp either and another thing they cook hella good in there with what they have to work with its incredible i mean i use to have to eat after doing a few wellness checks lol
