And your boy had to spice it up with a variety of fresh peppers, ghost pepper and Carolina reaper sauces and a delicious Carolina reaper pickle relish.

Love your vids Spice King! For some exotic meat/seafood, you should definately try shark, swordfish, wild boar and alligator.
You have to nearly scorch gamey meat, or marinate and tenderize it with come citrus to neutralize those flavors we aren't used to eating. Let it marinate in a citrus blend, make it spicy too, for 24 hours and it will be much better.
I’ve let game meat sit in a dish of milk refrigerated overnight that helps remove a lot of the game flavor and making sure any “silver skin” is removed. It’s like that thin membrane that can be different colors how the light hits it. It is usually connective tissues between muscles and skin.
We don’t eat carnivores. If someone offers, just say no. Except for reptiles.
@@matthew568 some carnivores are delicious. Most game tastes off due to miss handling or poor technique cleaning or cooking. I regularly eat wild boar its bothersome to hear people say theyre not tasty. I have my boar dressed, bled and stuffed with ice within 20- 30 min from the moment it died. Wild meat is awesome

You should try black pudding if you haven't already. One of the tastiest staples on a full English breakfast. Contains pigs blood though so a lot of people find it gross without even tasting it.

I've had rattlesnake once. It definitely is different, and doesn't work as the star of a dish. I had it in a queso dip and it really works best as an accent to offset the gamey flavor
