This is honestly the best video I have ever seen. I'm so glad I came across it. Thanks a million.

Yes! With 7 kids the idea of 10-15 min of games gives me a headache. That’s why Math With Confidence was never a choice for me. My kids have all loved CLE math.

We are using Singapore 2022. We finished kindergarten and about to start 1st grade. I’m slightly disappointed but I’m going in anyways. I noticed that it’s a lot of repeat from the previous year at least from what I saw from the scope and sequence. He’s AUDHD. Maybe it’s a good thing but he hates repeating too often and hates too many games but loves a worksheet.

I hear Singapore 2022 is like that. I use the Primary for my ADHD child and Math U See for my Autisic child. I have switched numerous times. I hope I can see these choices through!

What grade would you give Apologia Math? We’re using Math With Confidence but it drives us crazy and thinking about trying Apologia. I’m worried Apologia isn’t as good as MWC.

@@amies8203 although I think math with confidence is one of the very best, I would honestly trust apologia math. Have you tried the samples? Apologia teaching methods are known to be well researched. So I would not worry at all about effectiveness. :)

My AuDHD 10yr old I am realizing struggles with spiral like you were saying. He has been enjoying teaching textbooks but I am not sure he is mastering stuff. 🤔 Do you have any suggestions for that specifically?

What you could try is something else to make sure they master addition, subtraction and multiplying etc are these drill books by JDA. The books are cheap and you can drill him orally, one page a day, or he can write the answers. www.jdalearning.com/amazon-books
Scroll down the page to the one page a day books. THEY ARE AWESOME the way she set it up its impossible to not succeed in Memorization.

      I'm considering getting them myself!
