Is it possible or advisable based on the expertise of your team, to add one red leg hermit crab and one emerald crab to an ongoing cycle process of a SWTk roughly 7 or 10 days into the start up cycle?
I start up my 1st SWTk soon with dry rock, live sand and few drops of Seachem Stability bacteria - or maybe add a small live rock to the aquascape too - and wonder if adding them would be beneficial in algae and cyano bacteria growth?

CUC is a good start to add in once you're starting to see diatoms form and any film algae. Recommend also thinking about seeding your tank with copepods! Thanks for tuning in, and welcome to the salty side of things!

@@TopShelfAquatics thanks Blaine. It is a nano tank and only meant for few corals only, my local LFS didn’t tell me anything about copapeds or anything else to add, just sw water which I buy from them and the rocks and sand and no light and let cycle for 90 days until ready to add first coral to be xenia and kenya tree and one fiji leather only.. it’s a 10gallon tank

Just clicked on the video to say I dislike these “talks”. Keep up the good work everywhere else.
