I feel like there was so much missed potential; some puzzles could’ve been added, and the mushrooms could’ve been used less. What frustrated me the most was when the creator gave the player a Fire Flower, placed enemies that couldn’t even be killed by a Fire Flower, then just did some track art and placed a Super Ball Flower literally two rooms after the player got the Fire Flower after the player most likely had the Super Ball Flower still. Sorry if that got wordy, it just frustrated me.

When you realize that 80 rooms could happen... Maybe more...
In that case, you have to half each screen for taking 2 rooms, because a course can take 44 screens (20 for main area and 24 for sub area) as maximum.

Vertical levels actually allow for 24 screens since they are 12 screens high and 2 screens wide. So you could probably push it to 88 if skilled enough.
You could make some rooms out of the on/off blocks, so you could make something like the Pit of 100 Trials from Paper Mario

That's an awesome idea! I tried keeping track of how many rooms there were, I must have lost track somewhere because I counted 39, but I'm sure there's actually 40. Too bad we don't have more space to build levels, if we did, it might be possible to create a Pit of 100 Trials level a la Paper Mario.
Oh, 4:03 and 4:08 count as 2 separate rooms.

@@imissjokesonpurpose Have similar things been done before? Of course. I'll agree that some of the rooms aren't all that interesting, but I just thought the scope of the level was unique, having 40 individual rooms, making it feel like a gauntlet.

Just what I expected : 8 warp doors, 10 warp pipes and some scroll stop shenanigans.
This looks like a pretty fun level nonetheless.
Yup that's exactly what I was thinking.. he utilized all the space. I'm trying to figure out how he used the top half without the scroll messing up

4 doors(area 1) + 4 doors(area 2) + 10 pipes (maximum(area 1 and 2 ) x 3 modifications (normal, on off, breakable stuff)= 38 rooms + 1 start + 1 end . Yes are 40 rooms
