There are two good incentives to get Huohuo. 1. You're a person who wants faster clears and gets big dopamine hit seeing bigger numbers even though you have a healer in your team comp. 2. You just really like her character and you think her playstyle is fun. (This should be your reason for pulling).

I think Devs saw this and with the new 11 and 12 moc stages in moc,I think it's difficult to clear them without sustain units. Also,Ever since the swarm disaster bug was introduced in the second phase of Moc 10,no one was posting the o cycle of the Moc 10 second phase.

They do have luocha the best in healing but in the future they will most likely make another tank unit like fuxuan to mitigate the amount of damage anyway, then who needs big heals when they released 2 best tanks?

Every HSR player always needs an Abundance character. If you want to survive on battlefield, always bring the medic and it will heal you. Who doesn't need a character that actually takes care of its characters whom are struggling to fight the strongest enemies of HSR? I know, you aren't doing like this but building healers that will restore character's health more efficiently is too important to ignore.
