    I tried a similar recipe using 3 cups of vegetable stock (vegetarian). Found it was way to much. How did yours absorb so much?? Tried 2 it was better. Was gonna try 1.5 next time. Thanks.

      Vegetable stock works great as well. I think I may cook the pasta a bit longer which reduces the stock more. I like to see the bottom of the pan as I run a spatula through and the the pasta fills back in the space, as I show in the video. I think it’s about 15 mins. I hope this helps. Thank you for asking.
