One tip for the one off buildings is you can right click them from your inventory and it will put them in placement mode. So you don't need to drag them to your hotbar first.
I do wish they would add a search or filter function to the inventory to help find those things once you make them though.

It looks like the game gets crazy. One thing that was really annoying me was having my storage units scattered about so I set up a central storage area. I wasn't sure you could do it but It turned better than I expected. It wasn't too difficult to set up. Since I am using an elevated platform, I just ran the belts underneath to the storage area. So much nicer.
Now that I have an idea of how this game works, I might have rip down a lot of my factory and rebuild it properly. A central storage hub sounds like the right thing to do.
I rushed my factory and with out giving any spoilers your factory build is very well suited for the future .. Mine not so much haha keep the cool builds coming and congrats of the subscriber growth, well deserved.

The whole construction thing is really unneccessarily complex. I stood dumbfounded having brought construction materials to a construction site by belt. Requiring "transport warehouse" makes absolutely no sense. That said, thanks to your video I found that it was necessary so thumbs up to you!

Feramlite bars, you need to unlock Sales on the radio tower with the space station upgrade, and then you sell drone miners.

use the tower to repiar the space station, make and sale yellow drones to staion for firmmight bars 1 drone = 5 bars, long term goal scale up to make robots for 200 each (sci 5) btw the tower uses 10 mw, Long range scanner fullly builded 5,2 mw and it scans 3200 blocks from where is place and it takes like 8 hours real time to do so with 1100% speed

Great episode. I learned something today, I did not know about crushing rubble into pure ore. I now have some serious changes to make with my layouts. I was scratching my head as well with the tower, buildings, and drone stations it drove me a bit crazy for a bit. I am now trying to figure out the power transfer from the ship to my base.👍👍

Nice to see how big a few of those building are that I hadn't built yet in my first run. I did start a new world and it's much better than my first run. Took half the time and I'm at this stage now so I'll be doing this today in my factory.

Firmarlite Bars can be retrieved from the space station through a Requester Warehouse one products have been sold. Also, Tier 4 Science lets you research Firmarlite Smelting.

Also curious if the Steam Turbine power setup will burn Ignium Powder, if so does it last longer? Will test that today as well.
Apparently it does and there are other power option like the power cells. Althing that has a Mj value.

i must not have made it far enough yet but i don't understand the point to automating making crushers and smelters etc.
You are going to need quite a few of them and if you don't automate them, you will be carrying a lot of materials around to handcraft them. I would rather pick up a stack or two than have to carry the materials you need to handcraft them. There are also higher tiers of crushers and smelters coming down the line.
