I built my very own roto-casting machine. I have projects coming up that need one of these, so I built one. Consider donating to my Patreon! / squirreland
Incredible amount of input from yourself on the video and the overengineered design! ha! Music wasn't invasive and the occasional bit of humour was a great touch, not sure about the pink though I'm sure that will last a very long time, well done, and thank you for the inspiration and helpful ideas if I decide to try and make something similar myself.
Longest video I've ever watched of using angle grinder 😂 just kidding but I was waiting to see assembly of all these welded steel just then wooooot everything is done. Good job buddy.
Can you build one with the ability to bake a mold with flames 🔥 in the inside of the small square for HDPE powder. I wish someone can build something like that here in America so that I don’t have to buy it from overseas
Awesome build. It looks like you have a fair amount of fabrication experience going into this, but did you reference a design you saw somewhere and/or draw it out on paper or in cad or? I hope you post videos of what you rotocast with that thing!
Nope, no drawings, no cad or sketchup. Just numbers in the ol' noggin. It was quite a bit to keep track of! I definitely have projects that I'm working on that will need a rotocaster. I actually set up a rotocasting playlist for when I publish those videos!
Your speaking skills are just fine. Yes, I know what you're talking about. You are correct, and I'm going to have to replace the gear on the top side with one that has half as many teeth to fix that issue. Thanks!
Hi, this is Madhu jalli, I am from India. Thank you very much. I would like to make a rotation casting machine for me. I approached a company that makes gearboxes but they don't have any idea about how to run and control the speed. can you please make a video or photos about how to connect the gearbox to the machine, and control the speed.

Thank you for the kind words.
That speed will be plenty fast for the application. Nice build, love your enthusiasm.
Thank you. However, after recently watching someone else's video on one of these machines, I may have to make the two matching gears different sizes.

Thank you.
Realy thanks sir.
Best wishes for you.
Thank you.
Thank you so much
Squirreland videos... now with more endings than "Return of the King"!
A time machine!

I don't know how to help you with that, sorry.

Good job, but have you seen that one side of small ring never points down?) I think it needs another gear. Ps sorry for my speaking skills)

Would have been nice to have a parts list.
Right?
Can this machine have burners added to it to roto mold polyethylene?
I dunno?

Hi wondering if you could offer a parts list from the items in the beginning
The beginning of the video IS a parts list.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello. thanks for the video, very cool. are you planning to use this machine to produce plastic products? Already using this equipment?
This kind of machine is for casting polyester and polyurethane etc, not for plastic as far as I know and using one of these machine.
Одна сторона внутренней рамки никогда не будет внизу, меняйте передаточное число, например 4 оборота внешняя рамка и 1 оборот внутренняя.
