Angela, Latitide has 4 models in the Island Collection like this one that have 3-car garages. The base prices today are about $348,000-$355,000. You add the lot premium and options that most people want and you should end up at about $400,000. The Beach Collection have 2-car garages and are a bit smaller. You can expect them to finish mid to high $300s. The Villa Homes are smallest and should finish around $300,000 and the low $3s.
