Everyone talks about the 4g63 and SR20 as if these engines built themselves. Respect for both engine designs but 2 thumbs up to the builders who made it possible. If both engines had the same billet components, then its down to who can extract the most power and transmit it to the ground. Bullshit about having to choose between the 2 when you can respect both and never go wrong with ur choice. Hats off to the people making these things possible!

I've owned sr cars and 4g63 cars. Anyone who thinks it's easier to get power from an sr is high as balls. My stock 6 bolt 4g63 can hold 600+ with ZERO changes other than a bigger turbo, supporting fuel, and a tune. If never dream of that on any of the sr20 cars

Currently the little red car in the first race now holds the record with a 5.9 at 242mph, all the really fast rubs happen at night as a bracket racer that was a pain in the @ss it was hard not to break out at night because race cars make a lot more power at night race cars like the low temp and for some reason the high humidity on a cold dry night they don’t make as much

Carl brunet is the driver of the car and Im one of his friend..we called them after every past they made at the wcf..they actualy blew a valve after 1000ft..had to rebuilt the entire engine for the next race and they blowed again saturday night so they were DQ for sunday..
