So, animatronic systems can weigh upwards of 200lbs for a small one. A human sized one would be much heavier. Keep in mind Firefighter gear is often 45lbs, a guy in the military can end up carrying 120lbs of gear. So they expect a minimum wage guy to wear a 200lb Plus suit that can kill him if he sweats wrong.
@@J0J0Referenceyes, similar to suits of armour (or, harnesses) but the major difference is that most suits of armour are designed to distribute weight around the body, these animatronics don't seem to have that in mind lol
The way springlock suits work is that the exoskeleton gets hauled out and the spring locks just hold it in place so it definitely weighs less than that
The worst thing about the springlocks is that you are told you cannot nudge or move to fast while inside the suit... what happens if a snotty brat runs and jump-hugs your leg from behind. That would 100% break the spring locks loose
And even worse, the employee's handbook basically tells you to try and remain calm and just go bleed out elsewhere away from the customers so *you* don't make *them* uncomfortable. They're... quite unapologetic about treating their employees as expendable.

Idk if you brought this up but with the doors in the first game, the other problem is there is nothing to make sure that employees aren't in between them when they are being operated expressly since the button looks like it could easily be accidentally hit, and if this did happen employees would have seconds to get out of the way, since in game they shut fast. From watching your FNAF OSHA violations video and playing Security Breach, I decided to recreate the Mega Pizzaplex, but actually reasonable. Here are some changes to make this thing actually be able to operate without massive problems: 1. The entrance part will be without the gates, since it's dumb to have to pay twice to enter for real, and the gates will be moved in place of the entrance elevators. 2. Removal of entrance elevators - they're a massive roadblock, since they are the only way to enter the main area. Placing the gates there instead should fix that problem. 3. The daycare corridor is on the bottom, for convinience and has separate gates so parents can take their children without entering the main area. 4. The main dining room will be split into multiple sections, way more than in-game, and separated by a thick path so not to disturb the other tables. 5. Pizza will be served outside the main area too, in place of the cafe. That way people can come in for a quick snack, without paying for entrance. 6. There will be actual elevators, not double doors as in-game. They'll be evenly spread out, so that disabled can enjoy their time at the Pizzaplex. Not everything is listed, but at least the entrance is done. Maybe I'll post the map on reddit, so everyone can see it...

Okay, yeah, the first two games not having a fire exit is true, yes- but... they don't have exits... period. There is no entrance point on the first two maps, yet there is on the third meaning it's not just unlabelled on the map, they just straight up don't exist. I'm not sure if a building not having any form of entrance point whatsoever constitutes as an OSHA violation, but it really, REALLY feels like it should be.
