Even though I'm obviously deeply offended you didn't like our snacks I couldn't help laughing along, you're so infectious. It's fine not to like things! 😂
sweden is a cold weather country so its obvious most of chocolates... I think sweden lacking Indian masala. Bring some spicy in ur life swedish people 😁
I feel personally attacked right now 😂 how can you dislike so much of my childhood snacks! Amazing video though I laughed the whole way through it😁 I hope you don’t feel scared of visiting us here in Sweden just because of it, we have some amazing snacks over here that I’m sure you would like 😄
Thanks so much for watching! We WOULD LOVE to go to Sweden! I think we just got a not so great representation of the snacks there. We definitely liked some of them, like Daim and the banana toffee thingy :)
The take home lesson is that Americans are more used to over greasy chips, sugar bombed candy and heavily coated with additives. Swedish snacks are to natural tasting😂😊
@@SnackInvestigationUnit You americans are just crazy funny😂😅😂😅you did almost not like anything , It s like we live in a different world over here. 😁🤪🍦🍨🍫☕🌍🏞🙋♀️ Daim is so good and swedish chocolate is one of the best in the world. Scandinavian chocolate and candy are one of the best, famous, known for it. Manufactured with strict rules so it s quality. I am norwegian and we can buy swedish stuff here too , or usually we just take a little trip over the border and buy yummy swedish stuff. Live near the border. Lots of norwegians go reguarly to Sweden to buy lots of food and candy. Good prizes. Danish chocolate , icecream and candy are even better. We scandinavians stick together and are good friends like siblings 😊once again you are real crazy fun. Kex is just so tasty. You got the wrong crate, I think . Or you are very picky. But promise this was suprising you did not like anything. Think american snacks and chocolate has too much sugar and chemical. Try danish and norwegian
Its funny how you all make fun of him trying to pronounce nougat and correcting him. The first try was pretty close. Best pronounced swedish in the video.
Funny thing about the artificial banana taste is that it's fairly close in taste to an old now nearly extinct banana type, but is pretty far in taste from most readily available modern bananas.
You can actually find them in Ikea here in Sweden now but yeah it's not really a thing here unless it's salt sill (the licorice version of Swedish fish)
I believe Zoo is our version of Swedish Fish. It's an original Swedish recipe made in fish shape for the US market shaped but produced in Canada, to make it all the more confusing.
European chips are made from real potatoes except for Pringles, US of Amarican chips are basicly made from potatoes powder made to look like a chip before they get fried.
The reason you think it's weird is that you Americans are not used to natural flavours and moderate levels of sugar and no corn syrup. As for the artificial banana flavour , it's based on the old banana that don't exist anymore it got som disease in the 60's.
Bubby name is very popular in india father call their daughter to bubby here .My father say to my sister😂😂😂. Nice to hear that it is call in America too👍👍
Yeah a little bit more respect would be nice. Also, don't forget that those "taste boxes" that are sold to Americans have an authenticity level of maybe 3/10. It would be much better if you get a box from a viewer with the actual stuff. Greets from Europe.
Americans don’t know how real chocolate taste. ”Butyric acid is a compound found in milk products and is also present in rancid butter and vomit, which is why it might evoke a “sick” taste association. Some American chocolate manufacturers add butyric acid during production to give the chocolate a longer shelf life.”
It will always be fascinating how american english speakers are absolutely oblivious to patterns in germanic languages. Maybe it comes from europeans being used to other languages but not being able to see words as "Mjölk" and "Milk", "Choklad" "Chocolate" is just amazing to me.
No wonder they are like meh to it ...that are raise at products with x3 the salt and additives like bad candy like butterfingers, reeses. Lays and twinkies.. their pallets csnt handle with real tasts and not fake and full and full of sigar.
Yes and they making fun of it was almost a bit offensive, I dont think pronuncing something wrong is offensive but when he does it right and they all think it sounds super dumb it kinda is.
its kinda funny to watch these kinds of videos of americans trying candy and stuff from my home countryt, your to used to artificial flavors so when it accually taste what its supposed to you always have a problem with them :D
If I may suggest one thing, I'd say you guys should make a board or something, have it behind your back for ranking snacks. That way the audience will be aware of the standing ranking at all times.. Or may be make it digital to be appearing on the screen for us only. Otherwise, love your videos. Love from India.
“Daim” is pronounced “DIME”! Which is why it was originally spelled “Dajm”. I love it! In Swedish “original” is pronounced “or rig ee nal” and grandmother had it exactly right. 74 year old American woman who has been living in Sweden with her Swedish husband for 25 years on November 14, 2023!
3 years later... No, they all taste the same and the colours are just colours. I agree that you can tell a difference when you know the colour, but it's all in your head. Do a blind taste test and you will see.
I stumbled upon this and being Swedish I was sad that non of my favourite candy was in this 😔. I looove salty liquorice so salty it gets for me. I want it to burn my mouth or else I don't eat it. So good.
I love your honest opinions! It's interesting to see what works in other parts of the world and what doesn't, but I agree with you on Ahlgrens Bilar - they are overrated. By the way, I believe you can buy the Daim chocolate at the IKEA stores.
Swedish candy taste weird, comes from Americans eating cheese from spray cans !!!
Agree! And are from the famous not nice candyland!😂
