she also is heavily filtering her comments to the point that there are only positive comments on her video, so yet another point in the "she doesnt feel sorry and just wants money again" camp
I think one of the worst things about Colleens return video was that she timed it to keep her channel monetized, and to get seasonal ad income. Its really disgusting. Especially, her posting it late at night in a Saturday so that it would be hard/impossible for journalists to get statements or articles out quickly + it made it difficult for Adam McIntyre himself (the guy she sent underwear to when he was a literal child) to reply. @@1WEareBUFO1 It may not be illegal but it is absolutely immoral and disgusting if you do those things to your child .. you have to be sick in your head to think that’s okay in any way.
Regarding the bit about Colleen, it's more than likely that the people sticking around probably just took her side and didn't look into any of her allegations at all. This happens more often than you think, people exposed for bad things will ignore/wait out the backlash and eventually the people who hate them just lose interest and move onto something else. Nah she set the bar. Now apologies need a ukulele or else they're even more lame. Her second "apology" was useless and she should've busted out a song again.
8:11 actually in her song she only help reinforce the claims against her, cause there were multiple parts where it contradicted itself. Like the part where she claims she doesn't need to apologize cause it's fake, but also mentioned how she already apologized for it a minute later.

And young people who defend it only defend it because it happened to them and think it was fine, and it wasn't.
The fact that some people feel "abandoned" by a vlogger/streamer/youtuber/whatever who doesn't care about you personally, and never will, is terrifying. No matter how wholesome or awful the person is, whether it's Charlie or EDP, they don't care about you personally. You should not rely on them.

0:07 Optimal order is bad then good imo. Get the bad thing out of the way, then end on something more positive so when people move on to whatever they do next, they'll generally feel a bit better.
It's a very good thing he's in the UK, because here in the US, by asking someone if they want to die, you're much more likely to be faced with that same question nearly immediately.
Can't believe she's still saying that all the bad stuff was "years in the past" to not-so-subtly try to claim that this is a situation where people are digging up shit from a decade ago. The group chat where she was being inappropriate with minors still existed _earlier the same year she was caught_ if my memory serves.
6:57 Damn that is bad news. She sent a child used underwear, heck her stand-up whenever it involved kids she was really creepy towards them like she would make it sexual.
She also called multiple children 'pornographic', spread a minor's legs apart in front of an audience to embarass her, and in her books she sexualizes a photo of her as an infant, has a photo of her riding a (presumably) underage person in a suggestive pose, tells children that them dancing a certain way will make people lust after them, etc... also asking kids to send pictures, asking them about periods and stuff
That is a horrible idea on the internet where the people with no critical thinking forget everything in 5 seconds unless it's a meme. You end on something people need to be vocal about. That way we never let scumbags get away with it
I think the amount of support she is getting in the comments has to be deleting or shadow banning or something. There is no way no one is dunking on her in there.
Actually Charlie, the optimal order is bad news first, then good news. Because the good news will make you feel better after being bummed out by the bad news. But if you get the good news first, then the happiness from that good news will be ruined by the bad news and you'll feel twice as bummed out.
Nah, he actually ordered it correctly because most of the internet only cares about rage baits so giving the bad news after would lead to most people watching through the whole video and not clicking off in the middle of it
People like this are going to learn the hard way when they mess with the wrong person, like that one dude who got shot in the mall after harassing a dude by putting a phone to his face. 😭
The reason why there’s so many positive comments on Colleen’s newest videos is because she’s going around monitoring the comments section That’s just what I’ve heard from other people

The Colleen Ballinger thing is actually brilliant. If you react poorly to accusations, then apologize later for your poor reaction, people will forget what you were accused of in the first place.
I think Colleen is treating this way more leniently because she's a woman. Could you imagine a *grown man* grooming minors, doing some truly despicable things with his young audience, then come out to say that he's sorry and that it won't happen again? It's revolting
18 weeks is almost half a year. I'm sure he'll either come out shell shocked from prison or he'll just somehow become stronger, more annoying, and more powerful
yeah I feel like 4 and a half months sounds more intense than 18 weeks. idk why they would label the time like one of those moms that want to sound special by saying her baby's age in months instead of years
That judge was still weak. 18 weeks, so 4.5 months, in jail... terrifying. Given that Mizzy loves attention and social media, a prison sentence of 4-5 years with no access to TikTok would absolutely destroy him. But that judge doesn’t have half a brain, so here we are
Idk about British law, but at the very least American judges aren't allowed to just invent whatever sentence they want for a crime. There are maximum and sometimes minimum sentences that judges can't ignore
"That was embarrassing to say the least" is the understatement of the century. She singlehandedly ruined the ukulele forever, while at the same time, outshined Logan Paul for the "worst apology video ever". It's like commiting mass m*rder and saying it was "illegal to say the least"

(For once lol) If there is an ongoing case or she’s worried about one popping up she doesn’t want this used against her in court. She’s playing the legal game now. Her tone of voice and chosen words were definitely reviewed by her lawyer.
Colleen is curating the comments on the first vlog. There's absolutely no way she had that many dislikes and none of them commented
Yeah it’s filtered it’s the same filter her family uses for their comments
This is why dislikes should be visible regardless. It literally prevents the content creator from hiding that they made a bad video or that theyre a bad person just by filtering comments.
I feel so sorry for children that have shitty parents, holy shit...

@@1WEareBUFO1 It may not be illegal but it is absolutely immoral and disgusting if you do those things to your child .. you have to be sick in your head to think that’s okay in any way.
I dont see americanuncensored in chat ?
Regarding the bit about Colleen, it's more than likely that the people sticking around probably just took her side and didn't look into any of her allegations at all. This happens more often than you think, people exposed for bad things will ignore/wait out the backlash and eventually the people who hate them just lose interest and move onto something else. That, and the youtube algorithm does a scary good job at creating echo chambers.
a scary amount of people see a famous person getting "cancelled" (as in, being punished for awful actions) and instantly rally behind them without even looking at the situation more than that

My God, we've hit the next stage. The apology apology
Mizzy: "The legal system is a joke"
Judge: "Oh yeah?! I'm gonna make you regret that and prove you wrong. Here's 18 weeks for terrifying people and making it so they no longer feel safe in their houses! Now tell me it's a joke!"
Mizzy: "Thanks for proving me right".

If you knew what you have to do to get any actual prison time in the UK, you’d realise this is a big result.
If Mizzy was given the choice of either 1 week with no TikTok or 18 weeks in jail, Mizzy would choose the latter
You know, “Toxic Gossip Train” may have had a net positive effect on Colleen, because whatever her next apology was would look FANTASTIC compared to that. It’s like going from a flat earth convention to a gathering of stoners. They can’t finish a sentence, but the sentences they start make a modicum of sense!
She still never coming back from that lol
Nah she set the bar. Now apologies need a ukulele or else they're even more lame. Her second "apology" was useless and she should've busted out a song again.
"Put bluntly, your pranks are not funny."
Brutal.
The jury hereby finds you cringe in court the court of law
8:11 actually in her song she only help reinforce the claims against her, cause there were multiple parts where it contradicted itself. Like the part where she claims she doesn't need to apologize cause it's fake, but also mentioned how she already apologized for it a minute later.
I'm grateful for Colleen's apology video, it lead to a ton of great parodies.

Two apology videos and the closest Colleen's come to addressing the problem is still JoJo Siwa's podcast appearance
Honestly still gross how jojo supports her bc "shes been her friend for a long time" like, yah, thats the issue, jojo. A grown chick shouldn't be "besties" with little kids.

Genuinely good for you for including critikal, most people dont realize that even the "good" ones are ultimately just doing this as a career and the enjoyment of being an entertainer and content creator. The optimal order is *ALWAYS* bad news before good news. End on good news, always.
Using phrases like 'creating a safer, more inclusive space' etc etc, is _always_ a massive red flag when used by corporations or people like Colleen. They are simply trying to hit those buzzwords that soften people's feelings, just to bait them back into their space. It's scummy and she 100% has not changed.
id even argue that her behavior was a little too "inclusive". there are just some things you dont include children in. hearing her say those words only made me worry more

@@matthegreat9765 It's a lot, lot harder, a lot more expensive, a lot more risky and you have to be a serious criminal to get one. Two bit fools like this kid would probably get himself in serious trouble with the wrong people if he tried to get a gun.

Same
Never heard of him, until now.
Must be a glorious world to live in, even for a short time
I genuinely thought that the bad news were gonna be that it was only 18 weeks.
It's a very good thing he's in the UK, because here in the US, by asking someone if they want to die, you're much more likely to be faced with that same question nearly immediately.
Same for breaking into someone's home. You're basically playing Russian Roulette.
Can't believe she's still saying that all the bad stuff was "years in the past" to not-so-subtly try to claim that this is a situation where people are digging up shit from a decade ago. The group chat where she was being inappropriate with minors still existed _earlier the same year she was caught_ if my memory serves.
Thank you for talking about Colleen. People need to keep talking about it, so that it doesn't get forgotten. She's truly done some heinous shit.

Imagine making an apology so bad you need to make an apology for that apology

Cmon we all know it’s bad news b4 the good news. Ending on a good note is key
Exactly what I was thinking
That is a horrible idea on the internet where the people with no critical thinking forget everything in 5 seconds unless it's a meme.
You end on something people need to be vocal about. That way we never let scumbags get away with it
I think the amount of support she is getting in the comments has to be deleting or shadow banning or something. There is no way no one is dunking on her in there.
Maybe they have just through positivity
charlie deserves full brightness and high volume
Charles always gets my undivided attention
Actually Charlie, the optimal order is bad news first, then good news. Because the good news will make you feel better after being bummed out by the bad news. But if you get the good news first, then the happiness from that good news will be ruined by the bad news and you'll feel twice as bummed out.
I think he knows it, we just got PRANKED! Arrest Charles
Nah, he actually ordered it correctly because most of the internet only cares about rage baits so giving the bad news after would lead to most people watching through the whole video and not clicking off in the middle of it

The reason why there’s so many positive comments on Colleen’s newest videos is because she’s going around monitoring the comments section

Huh…. I was just talking about Mizzy or whatever to my friends. And then my sister comes up and talks about how he goes to her college. Well ain’t that some “splendid” news, this planet is a small place. Well, large but still small in comparison to most of the others.
Shane Dawson… his career is still going strong
She was so mad she couldn’t help but sing. Honestly same. If someone came up and pissed me off, I’d challenge them to a sing-off.
Coleen’s comment section on that video was definitely filtered right? I thought the lack of replies was pretty telling
18 weeks is almost half a year. I'm sure he'll either come out shell shocked from prison or he'll just somehow become stronger, more annoying, and more powerful
yeah I feel like 4 and a half months sounds more intense than 18 weeks. idk why they would label the time like one of those moms that want to sound special by saying her baby's age in months instead of years
Not really prison I’d say juvie is way less intense
11:45 yeah she expects everyone to welcome her back with open arms

“So you admit that you were indeed a child predator. What do you have to say to the victims who have been waiting for an apology at least?” 12:07
If you ever want to give up life, just think of the name Mizzy and you will re-think it all
Gosh I am so happy he got arrested tbh, it was so sad to see what he was doing.
No way this happened in the US, if someone walked up to you in a ski mask asking if you wanted to die, they would instantly be shot for self defense.
