Used to be a tattoo artist and I had a crazy supernatural experience with God. Let me tell you right now if anyone thinks bout getting a tattoo it’s just you trying to please your flesh. I’ve got some really nasty looking self harm scars on my arm from about 8 years ago before I knew the Lord. Every time that part of my arm is exposed everyone is like “What happened??!” Or I feel like it’s the first thing people notice about me…I’ve been conflicted about getting it covered up and you make some great points but you’re right I should just talk to my best friend about it❤ This video has also reminded me that I need to repent for self harming even though it was so long ago. I have owned a Christian tattoo shop in my past for 15 years multiple tattoo shops with my ex-husband from Hawaii all the way to Nevada. We would never ever let anybody get a swastika or is he talk to you or anything dark that was our role of the shop and we will pray over people before we talk to them in Jesus name.❤ you are wise in Tajikistan dad and you read your Bible because I have never marks it out on my body and I always have told my clients in the past that it’s not a good idea and then I’m able to share with them the Bible verse that shows that❤ hallelujah Jesus lives❤❤❤❤ now I know God is using him for my testimony. But i remember like 4 years ago i wanted to get a big lion on my leg (the lion of Judah) but it would never work out. I was already born again at the time. I was working in Seattle at the time and the artist was in Las Vegas. After trying so many times I gave up. Later on He told me He didnt want me to get that.
What a nice teaching, I see tattoos as a piece of art and think they are beautiful. I agree, what we get tatted defines the message behind the tattoo. At age 16 I seen mom and younger brother getting tattoos. Many times my mother wanted me to get tattoos done, but I never did. I didn’t know why? but deep down I would see myself regretting it, maybe that’s why I never got one. Instead, I designed my bother and mother’s tattoos and I transferred the art work on to a transfer paper, ready for the tattoo artist. I was so good at that, therefore my mother wanted to buy me a tattoo machine; so I could become a tattoo artist and make a lot of money(she said). I didn’t do that either 😅. The Bible doesn’t have to tell me if tattoo’s are okay, or if I have to go to God about getting one. I wasn’t in the word of God when I was around that stuff, and didn’t get one; I don’t see why I would do it know, knowing what I know now. It’s just my personal choice not to get tattoos. I just say, if you feel guilty after getting a tattoo, it’s Gods way of telling you that’s not okay. He didn’t give us a conscious for nothing. Pastor I guess I have the same thought process as you. This is the 3rd subject I have asked myself and you have taught in the past month. Since being saved 2 yrs I have gotten 8 tattoos all Christ and God related. Before getting any of them I asked God if I was wrong by doing this to please convict me and I won't. I believe that there are lots of people living very close to the edge in fact people are straddled the fence with being A believer? Why Must we look identical to the world to win them. There are lots of people who want to live in both worlds. People are no longer committed to serving God. I feel you bro. Ima pray on it cause I got a list of tattoos I want and honestly it’s stuff that encourages me and that has impacted me so much that I want that reminder on me. Sure, it can look cool and whatever but I know that ain’t the main goal. If that was the case I would just get those temporary tattoos you can get online that last like 2 months. I gotta pray on it heavy tho cause I wanna get some this year and I wanna save money up for it too cause they’re big ones, but I know I need confirmation from God first cause I don’t wanna do that if it ain’t gonna edify me or help my relationship w him. In 2018 I got a big Jesus on my arm. I prayed and prayed about it I didnt hear anything so I got it bro. Spent a lot of money on it. But honestly i got more negative feed back then anything. I love it and other believers have told me they like it. But I get ugly stares more then anything. There are many lost people who dont like Jesus. But my honest opinion just wait to you definitely hear yes or no. I personally would tell you no. Hope my advice help you out.

Yes!. this is a lesson I needed to teach my son recently. I caught him "doodling" on his arm with a pen marker during the final hours of our Bible study Weekend marathon. I told him the truth, that he would be heading to Hell for all eternity if he continued desecrating himself and he cried so hard he threw up on the carpet. Lesson = Learned for the blessed goof!
Tattoo removals hurt a lot im all tatted up and God has never gave me the feeling or thoughts that he wants me to take em off but that those are part of my testimony of being in the streets & etc. Jehova dont want his kids torturing themselves more than they already have Thank you Jesus for being so brave & showing us the way, we can finally say we are save
😮i wrote a poem for my best friend and tatted it on my back when i was wild 😢 but in 2020 after learning about needing/having a relationship with Jesus and then seeking Him all my tattoos started to burn me so i repented them and prayed about them and every since then I've not felt any burning but i get convicted everytime I do anything that will hurt my temple or my relationship with Jesus. Crazy my childhood foundation taught me about God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus, the church, things like that no relationship though so glad Jesus came back for my broken sinful self. Thank you Jesus.

I’m a tattoo artist and i recently got saved. I have some people from my church asking me if I’ll ever leave tattooing and I tell them no. I recently decided to turn down clients that want any type of demonic tattoos. A lot of my clients are lost and need to hear the good news. I pray that one day I have my own Christian tattoo shop.

I got a tattoo of a bass drum with a cross in the middle that says psalms 150:5 on my arm with flowers around it. And honestly I love it. People ask me what it means and its a great way for me to tell them I play drums for God. I feel like ill get more as well but I gotta pray about em cause God gave me this body at the end of the day.
One good deed does not take care or compensate for a sin. Hell will be full with people who thought they will go to heaven by thinking they did good deeds that were helpful. Good to keep in mind. This really made me tear up. I have tattoos and yeah I did know God but wasn’t living for him. But when I came back to him, I prayed he would wash me clean of them, they are meaningless.
I was taught and always was against tattoos, it just never seemed right to me. Yet recently I didn't pray about it I should have, but I got my 1st tattoo of the cross on my shoulder. I felt led to let people know I am a serious Christian and I hope it can be a conversation starter to talk to people about God when get the courage to do so. I will pray about if I should touch it up tho because it is so small and only black and I felt that it needed some color. But instead of my own fleshly opinion I want God's opinion 1st. Amen
Tattooing one's body goes back thousands of years, and it's an ancient Pagan ritual practice, that dates back to ancient Egypt. Neither the disciples no Apostles nor early church fathers, nor the children of Israel ever got tattoos. It does not matter if it's a tattoo of an angel, or Jesus, or something else that you feel is Christian. Exodus 20:4 forbids making a likeness of any thing in heaven. Tattoos are totally out of the question for any Christian. If you are a Christian and have previously gotten tattoos, then repent and denounce those tattoos. Unclean spirits are attached to them.
Tattoos have roots in witchcraft. 1 Kings 18:28 So they shouted louder, and following their normal custom, they cut themselves with knives and swords until the blood gushed out.
I was about to say that a lot of the tattoo shops are full of bad things. Also is there anything to the fact that in a way, there is blood letting during the process? So when people get memorial tattoos for relatives is wrong because many people do that?

I agree Pastor Lorenzo on the baseline of the teaching. However, under the same dispensation of grace, by what purpose or reason whatsoever, would one who has been converted as an individual who lives no longer for themselves, but for the sake of Christ… by what reason would that individual ever need, want, or have any desire, to get a tattoo? Especially in today’s society, people are getting tattoos to label themselves as something. It’s still a mark of identification that IS NOT of and has absolutely nothing to do with the will of God. We can talk semantics, but the bottom line, is that if we are truly partakers of the covenant of Christ… truly a new new creature in Christ, there would be no desire whatsoever to get a tattoo. And if we were to ever say, “it’s for God”, it would be an unacceptable sacrifice and offering to him, make ourselves a liar, and ultimately boil back down to doing it for ourself. (Will worship). There’s no reason whatsoever to follow Christ at the same time justify it has being a righteous act before God. And I’m not speaking religion or trying to suggest that Christians who do so are going to hell. I remember my wife’s grandfather recently got on her about a tattoo she been had and tried to mention Leviticus and I’m mad I wasn’t there to correct him because alot of Christians tend to Cherry pick which scriptures to follow. Used to be a tattoo artist and I had a crazy supernatural experience with God. Let me tell you right now if anyone thinks bout getting a tattoo it’s just you trying to please your flesh. The way I think about tattoos as a Christian is, “does God want this for me? Or does my flesh want it?” We should be putting God first ALWAYS, and 10/10 he never calls us to ❤😊

I’ve got some really nasty looking self harm scars on my arm from about 8 years ago before I knew the Lord. Every time that part of my arm is exposed everyone is like “What happened??!” Or I feel like it’s the first thing people notice about me…I’ve been conflicted about getting it covered up and you make some great points but you’re right I should just talk to my best friend about it❤ This video has also reminded me that I need to repent for self harming even though it was so long ago. I feel a weight lifted off of my chest. Thank you for everything that you’re doing!
I have owned a Christian tattoo shop in my past for 15 years multiple tattoo shops with my ex-husband from Hawaii all the way to Nevada. We would never ever let anybody get a swastika or is he talk to you or anything dark that was our role of the shop and we will pray over people before we talk to them in Jesus name.❤ you are wise in Tajikistan dad and you read your Bible because I have never marks it out on my body and I always have told my clients in the past that it’s not a good idea and then I’m able to share with them the Bible verse that shows that❤ hallelujah Jesus lives❤❤❤❤ now I know God is using him for my testimony. Hallelujah. I am covered by the blood and I do not have the dead tattooed on my body.
If I had to do it all over again, just like I told my daughter that’s 14 I would not have any tattoos at all, but I already started Jesus is letting me finish them . But i remember like 4 years ago i wanted to get a big lion on my leg (the lion of Judah) but it would never work out. I was already born again at the time. I was working in Seattle at the time and the artist was in Las Vegas. After trying so many times I gave up. Later on He told me He didnt want me to get that.
What a nice teaching, I see tattoos as a piece of art and think they are beautiful. I agree, what we get tatted defines the message behind the tattoo. At age 16 I seen mom and younger brother getting tattoos. Many times my mother wanted me to get tattoos done, but I never did. I didn’t know why? but deep down I would see myself regretting it, maybe that’s why I never got one. Instead, I designed my bother and mother’s tattoos and I transferred the art work on to a transfer paper, ready for the tattoo artist. I was so good at that, therefore my mother wanted to buy me a tattoo machine; so I could become a tattoo artist and make a lot of money(she said). I didn’t do that either 😅.
The Bible doesn’t have to tell me if tattoo’s are okay, or if I have to go to God about getting one. I wasn’t in the word of God when I was around that stuff, and didn’t get one; I don’t see why I would do it know, knowing what I know now. It’s just my personal choice not to get tattoos. I just say, if you feel guilty after getting a tattoo, it’s Gods way of telling you that’s not okay. He didn’t give us a conscious for nothing. Regardless, God loves us all the same, and He knows our heart and our intentions.

Pastor I guess I have the same thought process as you. This is the 3rd subject I have asked myself and you have taught in the past month. Since being saved 2 yrs I have gotten 8 tattoos all Christ and God related. Before getting any of them I asked God if I was wrong by doing this to please convict me and I won't. I didn't feel any conviction at the time. As always thank you for being real you have given me something to think about Pastor God Bless you.

I feel you bro. Ima pray on it cause I got a list of tattoos I want and honestly it’s stuff that encourages me and that has impacted me so much that I want that reminder on me. Sure, it can look cool and whatever but I know that ain’t the main goal. If that was the case I would just get those temporary tattoos you can get online that last like 2 months. I gotta pray on it heavy tho cause I wanna get some this year and I wanna save money up for it too cause they’re big ones, but I know I need confirmation from God first cause I don’t wanna do that if it ain’t gonna edify me or help my relationship w him. In 2018 I got a big Jesus on my arm. I prayed and prayed about it I didnt hear anything so I got it bro. Spent a lot of money on it. But honestly i got more negative feed back then anything. I love it and other believers have told me they like it. But I get ugly stares more then anything. There are many lost people who dont like Jesus. But my honest opinion just wait to you definitely hear yes or no. I personally would tell you no. Hope my advice help you out.

Yes!. this is a lesson I needed to teach my son recently. I caught him "doodling" on his arm with a pen marker during the final hours of our Bible study Weekend marathon. I told him the truth, that he would be heading to Hell for all eternity if he continued desecrating himself and he cried so hard he threw up on the carpet. Lesson = Learned for the blessed goof!
I have 13, one with someone I was with for 2 years. When I was praying for release of soul ties I felt the go ahead to get it covered up.
Tattoo removals hurt a lot im all tatted up and God has never gave me the feeling or thoughts that he wants me to take em off but that those are part of my testimony of being in the streets & etc. Jehova dont want his kids torturing themselves more than they already have Thank you Jesus for being so brave & showing us the way, we can finally say we are save
😮i wrote a poem for my best friend and tatted it on my back when i was wild 😢 but in 2020 after learning about needing/having a relationship with Jesus and then seeking Him all my tattoos started to burn me so i repented them and prayed about them and every since then I've not felt any burning but i get convicted everytime I do anything that will hurt my temple or my relationship with Jesus.
Crazy my childhood foundation taught me about God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus, the church, things like that no relationship though so glad Jesus came back for my broken sinful self. Thank you Jesus.

I have some people from my church asking me if I’ll ever leave tattooing and I tell them no. I recently decided to turn down clients that want any type of demonic tattoos. A lot of my clients are lost and need to hear the good news. I pray that one day I have my own Christian tattoo shop.

I got a tattoo of a bass drum with a cross in the middle that says psalms 150:5 on my arm with flowers around it. And honestly I love it. People ask me what it means and its a great way for me to tell them I play drums for God. I feel like ill get more as well but I gotta pray about em cause God gave me this body at the end of the day.
One good deed does not take care or compensate for a sin. Hell will be full with people who thought they will go to heaven by thinking they did good deeds that were helpful. Good to keep in mind. If its forbidden to mark your skin. Dont do it. Its a sin to not keep Gods commandments and live in unrighteousness. The man in the video says its not a sin. It is a sin to do acts of unrightousness.

We are not under the law, but it is not done away with, Pastor Richard has stated this before so him saying that it is okay, is flat out wrong and hyprocritical. I’ve been lost in the world because I was told and taught tattoos are bad and I shouldn’t do them ,I was 15 years old tattooed my mom was a usher and I didn’t want to embarrass her and be a hypocrite so I left Christ and god ways to presume what my passion was and what I was good at 15 years later I realize I need him more than ever ! This really made me tear up. I have tattoos and yeah I did know God but wasn’t living for him. But when I came back to him, I prayed he would wash me clean of them, they are meaningless.

I was taught and always was against tattoos, it just never seemed right to me. Yet recently I didn't pray about it I should have, but I got my 1st tattoo of the cross on my shoulder. I felt led to let people know I am a serious Christian and I hope it can be a conversation starter to talk to people about God when get the courage to do so. I will pray about if I should touch it up tho because it is so small and only black and I felt that it needed some color. But instead of my own fleshly opinion I want God's opinion 1st. Amen

Tattooing one's body goes back thousands of years, and it's an ancient Pagan ritual practice, that dates back to ancient Egypt. Neither the disciples no Apostles nor early church fathers, nor the children of Israel ever got tattoos. It does not matter if it's a tattoo of an angel, or Jesus, or something else that you feel is Christian. Exodus 20:4 forbids making a likeness of any thing in heaven. Tattoos are totally out of the question for any Christian. If you are a Christian and have previously gotten tattoos, then repent and denounce those tattoos. Unclean spirits are attached to them.
Tattoos have roots in witchcraft.
1 Kings 18:28 So they shouted louder, and following their normal custom, they cut themselves with knives and swords until the blood gushed out.

I agree Pastor Lorenzo on the baseline of the teaching. However, under the same dispensation of grace, by what purpose or reason whatsoever, would one who has been converted as an individual who lives no longer for themselves, but for the sake of Christ… by what reason would that individual ever need, want, or have any desire, to get a tattoo? Especially in today’s society, people are getting tattoos to label themselves as something. It’s still a mark of identification that IS NOT of and has absolutely nothing to do with the will of God. We can talk semantics, but the bottom line, is that if we are truly partakers of the covenant of Christ… truly a new new creature in Christ, there would be no desire whatsoever to get a tattoo. And if we were to ever say, “it’s for God”, it would be an unacceptable sacrifice and offering to him, make ourselves a liar, and ultimately boil back down to doing it for ourself. (Will worship). There’s no reason whatsoever to follow Christ at the same time justify it has being a righteous act before God. And I’m not speaking religion or trying to suggest that Christians who do so are going to hell. But when speaking on the basis of whether Christians should be getting tattoos or not after a true conversion… that’s just truth.
I remember my wife’s grandfather recently got on her about a tattoo she been had and tried to mention Leviticus and I’m mad I wasn’t there to correct him because alot of Christians tend to Cherry pick which scriptures to follow. Paul says in Roman’s that Christian’s should uphold the law even though we are under grace. This is then reaffirmed in the book of Jude.
