Honestly, Heather is the best girl on RUclips in the area of fitness. I could only complete 6 weeks out of the 12 week HR 1.0 plan since I got lazy and got some work as well. But the changes I observed in my physique were amazing! I could jog for longer time, had better stamina, great muscle definition along with increase in muscle size(yes both happened at the same time), my heart rate improved, fat started to reduce in my body and overall I felt good about myself. These were some of the benefits I observed. I wish I could be as consistent as Heather when it comes to workout, but I will surely try my best to be more disciplined in future. Thank you Heather, you are amazing and you rock!!
That's amazing. I am sure you will be able to jump right back in. Better yet, jump back in slowly so you can develop consistency. Those gains you made previously will comeback fast. Muscle memory will help with that. Best of luck to you!
The last set of jump squats was killer. Thanks Heather for motivating me 5 days a week to keep moving. I know without these workouts health-wise I would be worst off. You are helping so many of us to becoming the healthier and stronger versions of ourselves.

Added this to the most recent 16 min tabata ... first 8 rounds were the lunge, squat jumps😅🤣 I just love how you can pair many of your workouts and they compliment each other. Beautiful work as always, Mrs. Robertson ❤
I challenged myself with small weights and it was intense. After one round i switched back to without weights. I can feel my legs growing You are the best heather.
And this after the Star Jumps in the Tabata in the monthly calendar...... Absolutely killing! Saved it as a finisher, need to do this more often, hahaha

I enjoy your workouts. Here lately I've been extremely tired. I work out in the summer heat and by time I get home, I barely have the strength to shower.
