    How do i translate your information in to purchasing the right vacuum. What words do i look for on the label considering wattage does not tell anything about suction performance?

    • @dsmachinery
      @dsmachinery  Год назад +3

      Hey thank you for reaching out.
      You may look for suction H20 (MM), anything above 2000 is consider all right. And DB below 80.
      And many more, like how long the vacuum can run without power cut.

    Nice info! Thanks! I have a nice question for you, what has better power suction? A centrifugal motor 850m3 580pa OR two vacuum cleaner motors in parallel? I will appreciate for an answer. Thanks!

    • @dsmachinery
      @dsmachinery  Год назад +1

      Hi Sir, XXXpa or XXXXkpa depends how well the vacuum design and airflow is.
      Motor play a part but is not all. You usually 2 motors vacuum in wet vacuum because water has more weight and usually the wet vacuum has bigger capacity.
      When weight and bigger capacity drum in place, usually need double motors system.
      However, for dry vacuum, stay away from double motor vacuum because of noise and energy consumption UNLESS is for industrial use where you have continuous suction requirements.

      @@dsmachinery It's for saw dust, hobby, i use a vacuum cleaner motor 600W and a bucket 20lt based on cyclon, it works more than fine and only with

      Interesting points!
      I would suggest to get identical 800w motor if you plan to go parallel for double motors setup.

      @@dsmachinery Thanks! I am really happy with my vacuum system, i use a sponge filter Φ12X5cm thick only, no bags, no nothing, in the bucket there is only a plastic tray from a flower pot (the cyclon), the motor is mounted in a canalization pipe Φ120, looks like a rocket mounted on a bucket, i tried many things and finally it worked perfectly. I should make a small video so other people can see and make it also and stop to spend money for expensive vacuum cleaners with low results. I forgot to mention that i use the motor outlet air to blow the saw dust from my tools, another useful function.
      What is the difference of performance between a vacuum cleaner motor 1000W and a 2000W motor from the moment that the turbines are the same ???
      Usualy the factories use a turbine of Φ110 with an inlet Φ38 (or Φ32 ,i don't remember exactly) , so It is a BIG LIE!!!!
      Thanks for your very interesting video!

    Nice vid. New sub here. Question: what’s the difference between peak horsepower and watts in vacuum cleaners?

    • @dsmachinery
      @dsmachinery  Месяц назад

      Hey thank you for subscribing.
      Both terms like peak horsepower and watts doesn’t convert into performance on the vacuum cleaner anymore.
      Watts is just indicator how much electricity it is pulling.
      What determines the performance would be the airflow, some use kpa, some H20, you may convert them, they are the same.
      Experience proven to us, most of the vacuum cleaners out there over claim their KPA figures on paper. And some, has the KPA/H20 as claimed, but can’t sustain for more than 30-40mins, once they passed the threshold, the vacuum cleaners stopped working and you have to wait for it to cool down.

    I mini vaccum cleaners I still not understand why some sellers talk about Air flow capacity and others about Kpa capacity, what is the most important in terms of suction power air flow or kpa? There is a converter from air flow to kpa, is it accurate?

    • @dsmachinery
      @dsmachinery  Месяц назад

      Yes, air flow, KPA, H20, they are all the same, you just need the converter compare all brands claimed figures.
      Most important for vacuum is tight conceal of the vacuum cleaner unit.
      Because if the conceal is weak, it won’t give you good suctions.
      Now, if the suction is good, next thing to look out for is how long it can run for? 30mins nonstop? 40mins then power cut and stopped working?
      For eg, the numatic/henry vacuum motor can run for 1600 hours non stop before power cut.
      So these are the areas many seller doesn’t tell you.
      Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks
