I think Cory needs more screen time. He’s just so easy to watch. He’s insightful, handsome, brave, tenacious, and far superior in every conceivable metric of skill imaginable. ❤️🔥
I love the cloth maps by True North! No worries if it gets wet and the weight is perfect for being on a windy lake. Plus, so easy to tie around your neck for portages and it's right there when you get back in your boat.
Loved this video. Able to watch it on my TV but can't leave a comment there. Loved seeing this group of young adults enjoying themselves. My favorite part of your video when you were speaking into the camera, your brother in the background with the bow of the boat up in the air. I don't know why I laughed so much but I found that hilarious. Hoping next spring I myself will get this chance to enjoy a well needed break from this monotony that life has bought upon me.
Fun video. Never seen any large mouth bass on your hooks. All small mouth, just larger small mouth. A simple search one can see the difference. Still fun watching.
This was my first time watching. This was a great trip! This is definitely on my bucket list to do a 7-10 day preferably kayak trip in the bwca. Seeing the cribbage game reminds me of a pooper at an official campsite on the AT in maine called appropriately “YOUR MOVE”. Sort of a double entendres. Inside tgere is not one “seat” but two😁. In between the two seats is a cribbage board. I would hope that with all the walking and exercise people are getting that it doesn’t take that long to do your work that you can work in acgame of cribbage😁👍🏼. Great stuff here. Really enjoyed it. I just got back from my BWCA trip yesterday. Had a great time, and it's a wonderful time of year to visit. And I'm happy to report that the Sea to Summit kitchen sink you reviewed in a past video worked flawlessly for me. It immediately became one of my favorite pieces of gear.
Nice! One tip when netting a fish: don't put the net in the water until the fish is by the boat and you are ready to scoop him up. Also, net from the front and not the rear of the fish.
My dad and his friends would take my brother and I wilderness camping. We would go every summer starting when I was about 10 or 11 years old. I didn’t exactly pay attention to where we were so I don’t know every lake I’ve been to.
What a relaxing camping trip! Thank you Jodi for letting us come along. You are so respectful. Wish people here in Florida would take a page from your book. Mahalo.
Came across your channel while researching trips for this summer and after watching a few videos subscribed. But I was disappointed you didn't show the pictographs, and for that reason have now unsubscribed.

Best time of year for canoe trips!
I agree! Thanks for watching.

Stealth fishing! Your brother was just keeping you on your toes!
He always does!

Amazing location Jodi, and a great time of the year to go. The spider was huge 😁 pleased you rescued him.
Great entry point. I took this trip in the spring and am looking forward to your experience in the same area!

Awesome area, it looks amazing. Is your map printed on cloth? If so did you do that yourself or buy it that way? That is a great idea.

Love the adventure!
Thank you Jim!
Having seen the picture grafts in person you're correct they should be seen in person
lay diagonal in your hammock - it will be much more comfortable!
Is the book Reflections From the North Country?
Yes!
Hey.... what brand is the truck rack??? I need one
I hope to live a journey with you in the future
Which Entry Point?
On which lakes did you camp?
New Jodi upload!
Thank you for following along!
Love the video!!! I want to do this one day…..😊
I would highly recommend. There are guides that take people if you'd want to go with a veteran the first time/s.
It was a great adventure
Thank you for watching.
Loved it, except I would not eat bass
You mention you might have been here when you were young. Did your parents take you wilderness camping?

Nothing would ruin the beauty & serenity of the BWCA like a woman yammering... Just my opinion.
Anyone who believes a woman shouldn’t talk would ruin the BWCA for me. Hopefully we don’t run into each other.
@@jodimiddendorf For me, BWCA trips are guys' trips, where we try to get away from "blah blah blah blah..." That's my perspective.
I like the pig dice and the red neck yoga
We have a lot of fun.
